Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya (Tacoma Mall)

Food was great and I am so full I want to sleep. I can’t remember our servers name but he was the best. White guy so he definitely stood out in a Japanese restaurant! He made sure we were well taken care of.

We visited on a Sunday late afternoon, and although the restaurant was full my friend and I got sat down within 10 mins after being put on the waitlist which was very fast!

Got our drinks, and after we were done deciding server came to take our order. Ramen came out hot & a few mins after we ordered.

Ramen Rating : 4/5!! Which is still high for a ramen chain. There was plenty of toppings in both of ramens, the broth was hot, and the noodles were perfectly Al dente.

The broth was so light yet flavorful for the one I got (rich chicken). I love this ramen as it’s hard to find chicken only based ramen.
Definitely recommend trying the ramen here.

Great food ambience and flavors! Wowed by quality of ingredients. Came in with a group of 5 had a reasonable wait and they got us seated. Food came quickly and most importantly everything was delicious.

Definitely a great ramen spot to visit for good food and a nice atmosphere. Our ramen and appetizers came out really fast, portions were good and very flavorful. Our waitress Angie was really nice too and provided us with feedback on what meals were good being that this was our first time here. We'll be coming back for sure!

Everytime I come here it is a very pleasant experience. The food and service are always consistent which is what you want when you are spending hard earned $$. I want to especially commend the staff on their friendlies and professionalism, surely a direct reflection of the way leadership treats/takes care of them. Today that friendliness/professionalism was tested as the gentleman handing out to-go orders was met with an unreasonably grumpy customer and your server was still just as polite as he was to the one before and after him. I hope this message reaches him and he knows that his friendless and how he handled that so professionally did not go unnoticed.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya Tacoma for the first time, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and very laid back.

Our server, Miko, deserves special recognition for her outstanding service. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our dining experience truly memorable. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

Depending on the time of day you go the wait time is basically nothing. I’ve gone twice, one being my 2 year anniversary with my partner!! The service was quick and the food was hands down the greatest thing ever. Each time I ordered the garlic tonkotsu ramen which is the best ramen ever. I highly recommend adding another egg to it since you can’t get enough of it. The karage chicken is so crunchy and delicious, the onigiri is warm and filling, and the drinks are so refreshing. the service was top notch with a worker checking in on us every so often to make sure everything was good. we asked for a togo bag and received the cutest reusable bag ever!! i use it for my work lunches.

Best tasting Ramen ever. Friendly people and overall great experience.

My visit to Kizuki was great!

Upon entering, I was greeted with warmth and friendly smiles from the staffs.

The Hakata ramen I ordered was rich and flavorful alongside the Karaage Fried chicken was crispy and juicy. 👌

But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the stellar customer service. Boira was my server he was extremely friendly and attentive. I can also tell that the other staffs worked together to ensure a satisfying dining experience. 🙏

Definitely do stop by if you are craving ramen!

We have been coming to kizuki ramen ever sense they opened one in the tacoma mall! Me and my wife love it and recommend people to try it if you already haven't. I've been deployed to Japan and this is the closet I can get to japanese ramen. Miko was our sever and she was fun full of energy. Food has always been 10/10 for us.

Went here for dinner to avoid traffic, was not disappointed. The food was delicious, the server was kind, the atmosphere was super chill.

Every time we come here it’s always packed! But once you sit down and get your “Ramen on,” you’ll know why! Well worth the wait! Andy was a great server and she got our intricate special order correct! Happy customers and happy tummy’s!! 😋🥰

The food is amazing! Such rich broth and very flavorful. Service is good, our waiter Brianna constantly came to check on us and we were a party of 5. Every time you leave they make sure to say thank you in Japanese! Boira served our food and was very friendly and made sure if we were okay and needed anything else, outstanding customer service.

Nito was amazing and attentive. The food was fantastic and we will be coming back!

i LOVE this place! i come here at least once a week and order the gyoza’s and spicy chicken tan tan every time! the food always comes out fast and the service is amazing!

Great lunch spot to get your belly full. Love the spicy ramen noodle soup.
