Vision Institute Northwest

This was my first visit to Vision Institute Northwest in Spokane Valley. Every one of the staff I interacted with was friendly and professional. I received information/answers to questions I had not asked, and any questions I did have were answered in a way that I understood, or was explained so that I did understand. If I had needed new frames they have a good selection. I definitely will return next year to see Dr Connolly.

Every thing at my appointment is went well. I had a name change and the receptionist knew just what to do, the area was clean & sparkled, I only waited 4-5 mins. before I was called in. I was given my eye examine & was answered every question I asked. He was through with me in no time flat! My Dr. came in & gave me good news within minutes. I'm happy & will a tell my friends & family about Vision Institute!

From the time I walked in…from the time I left felt comfortable with everybody… Dr. Connolly took her time and walk-through with me on the situation with my eyes… I recommend this company… And I Thank the whole team

When Dr. Schnibbe retired we were concerned about having to find a new optometrist but Dr. Connolly has been awesome! All the staff have been great and Marcus is a kick in the pants! Definitely would recommend this place to everyone!

I was very grateful for the help I received from Vision Health nature. I was having an eye issue and called to get an appointment. I was able to get in the next day. It was a beneficial appointment and helped me with my issue. The staff took there time, asked questions which helped me feel listened to and heard. I would highly recommend Vision Institute NW.

Vision Institute Northwest has helped me since glasses became necessary and has been there with me every step of the way throughout the process of getting cataract surgery, and as well with post surgical care. The entire staff has been absolutely wonderful and I am grateful that I trusted Vision Institute Northwest with my eyesight and would highly recommend them to anyone for their eye care needs

The staff and Doctors are extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Connolly always takes the time to ask how my family is doing, which gives a welcoming feeling.

Dr. Connelly is awesome, Nate is fun and does great with pre-testing. The front desk gal is a gem. The optician knows her stuff, isn't pushy, everyone in this office was fantastic!

Great meeting, friendly and welcoming. In and out in about a half hour ordering two sets of eye ware. One for work (safety glasses) and one for daily wear.

I have never felt more welcomed at an establishment like this! They were quick and efficient and made me feel so comfortable at a new place! I’m a younger college student so finding a new eye doc made me insanely nervous but they were so worth it. Even staff that didn’t directly help me still made conversation and felt so happy to be at work!

Friendly, professional people in a great location. I have been in their care for many years and highly recommend them!

Had a really great experience with all of the staff at this location. Everyone was helpful and welcoming! Marcus was especially helpful with helping me pick out frames and figuring out my insurance!

Excellent all around. I haven't had an eye exam in a few years. Medical things make me nervous. Immediately I felt so comfortable. The environment was great. Staff was polite. Dr assistant tech amazing and the doctor amazing. I will be returning here next year for my next eye exam. Thank you all for being so kind

The receptionist was friendly. They were also well organized. They knew were all the right papers were located. The technician and the Dr did a thorough job. They asked all the right health questions. They were friendly and explained what was going on and listened to me . I would recommend them again.
