Avis Car Rental

Avis was there for us when Enterprise wasn't. A 2 wk rental for a full size vehicle reserved/ confirmed only to be offered a 2 door mini Cooper instead of the full size vehicle. Avis had a variety of vehicles and they helped us quickly and efficiently!! The excellent service won over a prior 40 yr customer from Enterprise. Avis actually cares!!

I experienced fantastic service at this location. Having picked up an Avis car at Phoenix Sky Harbor 6 days previously for an extended road trip I found there was a cooling system problem which set the engine overheating alarm off and then needed daily top up to keep driving. Took the car into Las Cruces when visiting and was immediately supplied with a replacement, the whole process took only 15 minutes or so from entering the office to driving out of the car park. Super efficient and courteous service, thank you.

I have rented several cars from this location. I am always happy with their service. They always take good care of me. Braulio is always welcoming, his smile is contagious, he is very professional as well. The whole experience is pleasant each and every time. Thanks!

The vehicles are always clean and dependable. The staff are friendly and seem to be very pleased to have me as a customer. I also like the rates, when you add in the unlimited miles, Avis is best! You could work on returning deposits in a more timely fashion, but overall, two thumbs up.

Very helpful. I have always used Enterprise, but their customer service quality has taken a dive with some of their inflexible policies. The car rental at Avis, was a great experience! The car was excellent and clean, and the Avis attendants were very nice and helpful.

The rental process was easy and quick, I booked it on the Avis web site which let you save a few dollars. The pickup process was quick, the car condition was great, clean with no issues at all.

We needed a car on the weekend for family get-together happy I found a place. While others were closed and already rented previously from group in other states.

You did exactly what you said you would. Car performed mostly perfectly (had some pretty bad Wheel shake between 55&65 mph) but other than that was well maintained.

When I went to pick up the system was down but your employees were kind and courteous and instead of making us wait for the system to come back online they diligently wrote down the information they needed in order to get me on the road on time. I greatly appreciate it!

Great customer service. Go above and beyond to help you receive the vehicle you need at a good price. Highly recommend Avis located in the Mesilla Valley Mall in Las Cruces NM. Will definitely be going back

Agent Julio at this location was phenomenal we were having serious issues through road side assistance and customer service and Julio was able to resolve all of our issues within an hour he went above and beyond and even ensured to call the drop off location to explain the situation. We had a horrible experience with Avis at first and Julio fixes it all!

My mom was renting a vehicle for work and personal use. The service was great!! They upgraded her because they didn't have the vehicle class initially selected, then when she was driving away she noticed a large nail in the tire so they upgraded her again.

Staff and car were terrific! Will definitely consider them next time.

Pick-up was easy and the agent was very helpful and considerate. We would have preferred the Ford Explorer we had requested during reservation, but given the limited number of available vehicles, the one we received served our purpose.

Carlos was the best customer service representative that I have EVER had with avis! I am an AVIS FIRST member and he made sure I got the A+ treatment. Easy pick-up and drop-off... in and out in under 5 minutes thanks to superb service! ;-)

I recently rented a car for a business trip from Avis. The process was easy - from the online reservation to pick up and return of the rental. Recently I had a very bad experience with a popular rental company, so the contrast in customer service was remarkable, and I could not be more pleased with Avis. I had the best experience in Las Cruces New Mexico at the mall the staff was amazing made it very easy for me to rent something last minute and was very understanding and plus the car was awesome
