Food was good, service was great, and the prices were excellent! I came for a weekday lunch and didn’t have to wait, but I imagine this place gets crowded on the weekends.

Our family ordered take-out on a busy Saturday morning in early December. We live about 20 minutes away, but even as we arrived home to eat, the food tasted hot and fresh. Everything was absolutely delicious! We ordered the bacon cheddar omelette with home fried potatoes, and a Belgian waffle topped with powdered sugar. They threw in some whole wheat toast for good measure. The prices were fair and reasonable. This will become a new favorite breakfast place for our family. We look forward to returning, and dining inside the eatery.

This is a great little breakfast eatery that is diner style. The food is competitively priced and the staff are quite friendly.

Had the best breakfast I’ve had in a while here with my girlfriend. It was a perfect morning and all the staff was very pleasant and attentive. Food was not expensive and came out quick, even with it being quite busy. I recommend the pancakes 🥞

Friendly service. We went with a fairly large crowd for lunch. Kind of the quality you'd expect from a breakfast/lunch/dinner place. Fries were nice and crispy! My companion commented on how much real meat was used in the crab cake and how tasty it was. I got the Cajun chicken panini which was good. Everyone was very satisfied.

Great breakfast for a great price! Deliciously made with generous portions! Getting the home fries deep fried with fried onions is the way to go! So good!

Tried Jakes Eatery Newtown today when my wife. The staff was nice and attentive even with them being busy today. I tried the Hot Turkey platter and my wife did a Turkey Club. The Hot Turkey platter tasted really good. The gravy had a good taste with the appropriate amount of saltiness and the Turkey tasted delicious and fresh. The fries were also tasty. My wife liked her sandwich as well. The only thing I wish they did differently was to give a bigger portion of cranberries. One of the best things about a Turkey dinner is the side of cranberries to offset the saltiness in the gravy. We will absolutely be back. Next time we will try breakfast.

Excellent customer service received when communicating with Steve, the owner and General Manager. Great food! This is our go-to lunch spot! Highly recommend!

Very good service, portions were a good amount. Food was good. I do like well done potatoes and that was their only downfall. They were fully cooked.

I go there for Eggs Benedict with vegetables. The best. I wish they were open later.. Great local spot

Really great place for breakfast. The servers working the afternoon of 3/21 were lovely. The food is comfortable and familiar. The prices are really great for what you get and there’s lots of options. The coffee isn’t the best, but it gets the job done just fine. Definitely going to be a regular spot for my girlfriend and I now!

EXCELLENT food, at a price that can't be beat. I'm not sure how they keep their prices so low compared to their competition, but the quality of their food certainly hasn't suffered. I drive 20 mins to eat here because the food is so cheap and so well made. Highly recommended!

It gets no better than this, excellence overall, food, service, price, atmosphere. You will feel welcomed and valued at this restaurant, and you will get a great meal for a great price.

Came in Sunday mid afternoon. Got a burger and fries which were so good. My waitress was Mikayla and she was super quick and friendly and nice. Left her a 20 dollar tip. She actually came out and followed me outside and said thank you so much!!! Would love to come back again for sure ! Thank you Mikayla for your fast service !
