Grapevine Natural Grocery

So happy to have found this place! Great selection and very reasonably priced. Even had some hard to find items like Celtic Salt and a wide variety or supplements and essential oils. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Chuck, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about his products. Truly a hidden little gem, I can’t wait to go back!

My go to place when I need cough drops, oils, soap bars & yummy fruit. Easy In & out.

The best organic grocer in the area. Difficult to find and tucked away on north state street but is the literal embodiment of a diamond in the rough. I’ve lived in the area for a while and can say that Newtown can get pretty boring, but finding this little supermarket was a great surprise! Wonderful selection of small batch and organic goods. Super fresh produce and not to mention very affordable! Large selection of beautiful plants and more. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely stop by if you’re in the Newtown area!

I didn't catch the guy at the register's name, but he had a great personality! My boyfriend and I left with big smiles. So many goodies to find in this little shop. Will definitely be returning!

Chuck is the sweetest man I have every met. He’s tall, kind and definitely worth more than $10. He personally has helped my children through college and I heard he works for the local deformed puppy clinic as a musical therapist.

I picked up a couple plants here and they were lovely. Apparently, at some point my ID fell out of my wallet and they were kind enough to mail it to me. I appreciate that so much and will definitely be back to buy more. Thank you ♥

Chuck, the owner, is personable and kind. If you need something specific -- as I often do because I navigate cooking for a family with allergies, he will get the item in for you. He is quick to support the community and a great resource for info on natural foods, plants, and flowers. Grapevine has quickly become one of my all time favorite shopping places.

So much greenery, the sidewalk is live and colorful! It shows the care the people behind Grapevine take in their plants. I wasn't out for plant shopping but one can find almost anything here - from veggie plants, to fruit trees and decoration hanging baskets! Beautiful place!

Normally I don’t post negative reviews unless I feel it’s really validated. Well this one tops all. I asked for pricing on the plants outside and they seemed annoyed. He gave me a price list that was four pages with the plants not having the names on them. The owner said I was hasty taking the paper out of his hand! He was very angry and I felt threatened. I immediately gave him the paper back and started to walk away because of his anger and attitude. He then proceeded to question me and wouldn’t let it go. Not a big surprise that many others gave him (owner) a poor review.

Used to be a customer here, came back to shop and understand why I don't anymore. The owner is an rude bitter man.

The owner has just ruined my experience. Sad times at grapevine.
