I was looking for Georgian wine and other Eastern European wines. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable in finding what I was looking for.

Wide verity of wine and liquor at this place! Helpful staff to pick your wines too. Convenient location and the store big.

Friendly service. Well stocked. Helpful staff. There was a young man that was at the register with reddish/blondish hair, his service was top notch. I visited there on a Sunday afternoon. He was friendly, helpful and professional. Someone needs to give that kid a raise. Thank you for hiring him there.

Beautiful store and very friendly staff. Large diverse wine selection with fine liquor mixed in. Definitely a "tourist" attraction with a street entrance reminding me of a prohibition bar where it is hidden under the street.

What could possibly be negative or wrong with the hooch store?

I don't know if it's just this one or all PA liquor stores (because they are not all the same). Some are huge and some are small.) But this one has great deals if you like a bottle of red or white. Make sure to cruise on over to the bourbon aisle, too!

I went there to get a gift certificate for a good friend of mine who enjoys good bottle of wine. I walked into this store and I was amazed at how many selections there are. The store is clean, bright and well organized. When your someone who doesn't drink much it can be a bit overwhelming whenever you visit a store as well stocked as this one is. I asked one of the people working at stocking the shelves some questions and they couldn't have been more helpful. I probably won't be a regular customer but whenever I need a gift for someone or possibly something for myself to imbibe I know exactly where I will be going. PS. BEST PARKING IS AROUND THE BACK.

They have a huge selection of everything! Wine, liquor, mixers. We always find new and interesting things here along with all the classics. There's refrigerated items if you have to grab and go to a party. Staff is always friendly and nice. Wish they'd bring back some tastings, but you know, COVID... ugh.

The particular store in Newtown is very good about Covid in spacing and what have you. Without being overwhelming at all. The employees are always very nice and helpful. And it's a huge store that has pretty much everything...all the way to a $5,000 bottle of something I can't afford!!! ;)

The new location of this small town store is not so small town anymore! Bright and well organized with an amazing selection of spirits including collectible versions (i.e. Game of Thrones Johnny Walker bottles, etc) along with classic favorites. Fabulous store!!

Plenty of variety of wine and spirits. Competitively priced. Really good specials on wines occasionally. Very clean.

My favorite local place to look for good, hard to find bourbon. While it's not the best selection I've ever seen (thanks to the PLCB) I've been able to find bourbon I've only seen in NJ. Every interaction I've had with staff here has been fantastic as well.

Fine upscale wine and spirits store. They have the fancy wines and more expensive liquors than other standard state stores seem to have. It's tucked way in the back of s shopping center. There is more than adequate parking though. Admittedly, I wouldn't have known it was there unless the navigation system told me it was there though.
