Central Bucks Family Practice

I finally found a practice that works by appointment time. I have never had to
wait forever in the waiting room and you can always get a same day appointment. . Staff are always friendly. I highly recommend them .

Been going to this practice for years unfortunately, I had some major health issues during that time from a blood disorder, stroke which caused some brain damage and up to having to have a stent placed in my heart. Dr. Lewcan has been my doctor for many years and sees me every 90 days for follow up. His continued follow up, support, caring of my well being and his diagnosis I feel has saved me more than once. The staff is always pleasant and cooperative to my needs. Appointments are care free and very welcoming if you show up at your expected time, usually your in and out within a timely fashion if not before. I have been at a lot of practices during my life time but this has been the best and I have no intentions of going elsewhere. The communications with doctors within the Doyelstown network is awesome! All my doctors including my primary always know what’s going on and I feel my primary has and continues to go above and beyond when it comes to keeping me on the up and up. The communication is always responsive from the front desk crew , the nurses and right down to the MA’s. I see a lot of negative feedback and just had to say I’ve never experienced a problem here in more than 2 decades and I always recommend this practice to anyone I know. Not to say every practice May have it’s bad days but this practice always shows improvement and serious concern for it patients such as me. I usually don’t do reviews ever and steer away from them, but had to on this one. As you get older trust, honesty, and a quick but accurate and reliable diagnosis means everything in a doctor and their practice to continue on and enjoy the golden years of ones life. Even when it comes to waiting in the ER they always call ahead so they know your on your way and in my case or cases it’s always been a pleasure. Doctors and their practices are a part of life and as I get older and that’s why my entire family goes to them by treating a partner in life with respect returns the respect in more ways than one. Also, want to mention they have not one but two offices and I’ve been to both of them more than once either on my own or with a family member. A lot of testing from EKG’s to blood work can be done during your appointment to save from running elsewhere if required. Excellent doctors office! Everyone is so nice! Had a great experience as a new patient. Loved Dr. Colleen and the super sweet young nurse (completely forget her name) but she was great. I absolutely hate needles she made it so quick and painless, it was the best experience I have ever had getting blood taken. So happy this is my new family doctor’s office.

I have been going Central Bucks Family Practice my entire life along with my family. The office staff is exceptional and sensitive to your every need. Dr. Smith is an incredible doctor who is always so respectful and considerate to any situation I come in for. He asks about my family, my life, and how I am doing besides medical needs. He truly cares and so do all of the nurses and administrators. Wonderful office.

I have no clue where all of these negative reviews are coming from. I usually only go for sick visits, and I’ll see whatever doctor is available. I usually end up seeing Heather Hansbarger, a PA. I think she is absolutely wonderful, very attentive, and she always seems to truly care and want to find out what is wrong. I’ve been to my share of doctors who brush off your symptoms and send you home, but I’ve never experienced that at this practice! I’ve never had any issues with the office staff, and I’ve never had to wait longer than 15 minutes in the waiting room (even though I usually only schedule same day or next day appointments). The nurse triage line is also a very good option when they are busy or when you’re not sure if making the trip and paying the copay is worth it for minor symptoms.

I have been going to Central Bucks for 20+ years and even though they are an hour away from me, I would not change doctors offices! The office staff and nurses are friendly and helpful, while the doctors are not only knowledgeable, but caring as well, particularly Dr. Treiman. In addition, I have been taking my mother there to see Dr. Smith. While I have changed all her specialists so they are closer to our home, I continue to take her to this office. Their compassion and continued interest in her well-being is unparalleled. I cannot say enough positive things about this office and would encourage anyone who is looking for a new personal care physician to consider this as a top choice.

So accommodating. They call you back - they can fit you in their schedule -always have had a GOOD experience here. This is the type of doctors office you need. Love- love-love this office!! They really care about your health.

Thank all 5 stars for Dr. Wright. I have a rare autoimmune disease & was having severe trouble when I walk. Previously, a rheumy changed my dx to FM b/c of this & "threw" a Rx at me for Cymbalta. However, when I saw Dr. Wright for the first time she noted my purple toes & swollen hands & listened. Because of her, we caught my severe early onset of PAD, her referrals were top-notch. Now I am enrolled in an observatioal study at UPenn With a rheumy that specializes in vascular disease & beginning treatment. It sounds cliché, but Dr. Wright saved my life.

Switched to this practice back in august and they have made me feel like I’ve been going here from the start! They are amazing and so caring. They truly go out of their way for their patients ❤
