The salesmen and managers are not professional.
You go to purchase from them and tell you don't want XYZ, then there are papers to sign you up for XYZ when you sit down with Financing.
They don't have legible copies of warranties that the fine-print can be read. If you ask for a legible copy, you get pushback and pressured to sign the illegible copy. The salesman asked me 'if I thought GM or them would try and screw me over'... I found a copy on Google in a quick search when they didn't/wouldn't.
They are not up-front about the financing and the down payment process. I was a first- time car buyer (which they knew) and instead of speaking to me about rescheduling the purchase/paperwork for a couple days later when money could have been moved to an accepted alternate payment method. The Financing Manager thought using foul language was appropriate.
All of this happened after being given a hard time when I requested they honor a price when they misquoted the one feature I was looking for.
My husband and I walked out at that point.

First off i looked online for a car and found one so i emailed the dealership and what do you know the tell me come on down and look at it the car was listed as new but it was a dealer service vehicle with 5000 miles. So i drive over an hour to see the salesman Allan Schwartz i get there and get the friendly greeting so now i get to sit at the dealer for an hour while they "appraise" my car and they let me test drive the new car. I ended up liking the car and said let's make a deal. from that point they must have been thinking they had a fish on the hook because there was a lot of low numbers being given to me (for my trade) and a lot of high numbers for them until i told them i secured financing from my bank for the loan they needed to come down $1500 in final price i was then treated like trash and had to walk out of the dealership only to be emailed an hour later for a car that was used and not what i wanted and told oh we can do this if you're interested. At that point i was already at another dealer in the area where i was signing papers on the exact same car i wanted for less then the "new" car fred beans was trying to sell me. if you want to get jerked around and robbed i would suggest fred beans all the way if not i would go to another dealer in the greater lehigh valley

Fred Beans should close it's Service Centers for the health of the public and it's employees. They are not conducting business for emergency purposes only. It is business for profit as usual. Meanwhile their employees are using their own disinfectant sprays from home in an attempt to stay virus free. You don't need all your dealerships open. Shame on You.

A lot overpriced for service. Creative sales peoples. In their defense. I am sure it's difficult times for car dealerships. Especially chevvy.
