Went in during a Monday lunch hour to get a problem solved that had rendered my phone inoperable. The new store manager, Michael, went above and beyond to help me! He delayed his lunch to guide me through finding a solution and explained everything every step of the way. The customer service here is outstanding.

My wife and I stopped in the store this morning so I could pick up a new phone. Nick who was in the store alone and very busy made sure to take care of us immediately. Great communication and amazing customer service.

I went to this location on Friday, February 23rd and I had a great experience with Nick. Although it was very busy and Nick was the only sales associate working that day, he handled everything like a true professional. He was courteous, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Nick for any help that you may need!

Mike T. Saved the day! After trying partner with Verizon and Apple across three states …Mike was the only person with the patience to work through the extensive Apple Watch issues!!! It was two hours and he was relentless to solve the issue. He’s amazing!

Justin was an outstanding employee.
I observed him with customers with a language barrier, an intoxicated man and a couple of other customers. He made sales with all of us.
He acknowledged me even though he was busy with others which made me stay!

We stopped at the AT&T store first because they were our current cell phone provider to talk to them about 2 new iPhones and a new plan. We were not impressed. We then stopped into the Verizon store where Adam helped us. He was such a nice guy and so knowledgeable. We had planned on going to T-mobile next but didn't even bother. Adam helped get our stuff transferred and everything set up on our two new phones. I wish everyone we had to deal with was as helpful as Adam!!

I was so impressed with Verizon store. I was greeted with employee Adam. He was not only knowledgeable, quick, friendly, and had us out with new iPhone in no time at all. I would highly recommend you visit this Verizon store in the Mercer shopping center. Adam is a great employee.
