Alia's Coffee House

Interior of this place is incredible and it’s in the historic part of downtown Boise, so you can’t help falling in love with it you can tour the artwork for sale enjoy the friendly service, and the coffee is incredibly well prepared

I had to order the cold brew with a shot. I was really tired but my cousin to join me with a 20 ounce iced Americano.

We managed to grab a seat. Enjoy the view and catch up on some old times and it felt wonderful was very tranquilizing even have outdoor seating.

I can’t say enough good things about this place because I want to come back and learn more.

Some of the BEST coffee I have had in Boise!!! I ordered a flavored latte and not only did they have multiple sugar-free syrup options (which is very helpful as a diabetic) but the barista recommended a way to make the latte even better, and it paid off. It was DELICIOUS!!! I appreciate how friendly they were and provided wonderful customer service through personalizing the drinks they make. The atmosphere is charming and the food was really good too (try the quiche!). I will definitely be returning soon!

Great experience! Had a house coffee, hot chocolate (death by chocolate) and honey wheat bagel - all were delicious. Plus nice decor and ambiance.

I moved to Meridian only a couple of weeks ago and had put Alia’s on my list of places I wanted to go. It was a whole vibe that made me feel like I was back in Savannah again. Made my heart happy. Greta coffee, bagels and the muffins are a whole vibe on their own. I love the decorating and comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks!

This place is a local treasure. I love finding fun locally owned businesses like this! Stopped in after shopping downtown for food and coffee. The bagel sandwich and mocha I ordered were fabulous and the people working were friendly and wonderful!

Nice relaxing place with comfortable seating options for whether you’re sitting down to eat or wanting to relax with a book and a hot chocolate, or visit with friends at brunch. They are service dog friendly with friendly customer service and good food, and I enjoyed a Hot Chocolate with my Early Riser Bagel and Blueberry Muffin slightly warmed was soft and delicious.

Alia's Coffee House is a gem in downtown Boise. The atmosphere is charming and cozy, the food is delicious (those bagels--yum!), and the service is friendly and quick. They offer a large variety of fresh bagels (I think there were 10 flavor options, which included both savory and sweet flavors). If you aren't a coffee drinker, dont cross this place off your list! You also have a large selection of coffee, tea, and hot chocolat to choose from. And I can't forget the sweets! I had a cookie dough brownie and would definitely buy it again. The serving is huge--big enough to share!
The seating is comfortable and not cramped. You will have plenty of elbow room to enjoy your break in Alia's Coffee House.

The experience was very nice! The woman(I hope I got their pronouns correct), helped me find exactly what I was looking for. This delicious bagel with locks and cream cheese and capers on it. I order a brown spiced sugar cappuccino with it as well. The vibe is very welcoming. And their sign says they welcome everyone of every background too! Even LGBTQ friendly! 🏳‍🌈😊 I will for sure be back!

Super chill place. The staff and vibe are always so welcoming and relaxing. Their food is top notch, and their music choices are always right on!

I stumbled on this quaint and spacious coffee house walking downtown Boise. The staff are passionate and super friendly. Food was good. Got a Westerner on a Parm Bagel that was delicious. The leading lady here is the coffee! Got the Ooh Lala Cinnamon latte and it was one of the best lattes I've ever had. Will be back again.

Home made goodness. Fresh coffee. Delicious cookies. Try the quiche for a great meal anytime, too. Local art on the walls is cool, and it looks like you can buy them if you like them. Like local supporting local. Extra great.

I love it here so much! The vintage furniture collection is stellar, and then you've got the local art, delicious food, and yummy drinks! The people working here are always kind. A great option to just swing by and grab something, or sit for the day to work remotely.

The door opens to a warm coffee house, an incredible nice and friendly staff takes over preparing drinks and food. Wonderful white chocolate mocha and a dark & spicy was amazingly both. Fantastic bagle and delicious cream cheese. Thank you for the new favorite place!

OMG, tasty iced Mocha with Almondmilk! Next time I visit I know to come here since they open at 6:30 am!

I’m not a regular coffee or latte drinker but this place is the bee’s knees :) I went in around early lunch when it wasn’t slammed but it was busy enough; I noticed the quick acknowledgment of my arrival. I wasn’t sure what I wanted so instead of rolling their eyes like most baristas when I’m not sure what to get, they patiently recommended to me a couple favorites. It’s so nice to get treated like a human being not just another latte to pour. Appreciate the smiles :)

I had no idea this place existed! I love the made in house bagels and cream cheese, and the espresso is delicious! The atmosphere is so cozy and comfortable - great ambience. Definitely up there on my list of favorite coffee shops.

I love the local art almost as much as the coffee and food! The Manhattan Morning is my favorite with the dark and spicy mocha. 😋The fresh art just put out looks perfect for the holidays 🎄

Alia's has a cozy atmosphere, amazing quiche and coffee, and friendly staff! The iced white mocha and pistachio breve I ordered was absolutely delicious, I will definitely stop in next time I'm visiting town.

Best Bagels, lots of space, friendly staff...my new favorite spot!
