Blue Sky Bagels

I absolutely love this location! I’m always greeted with happy smiles and an uplifting crew. I see how hard they work together during brunch hour and I’m impressed. I love sitting in this little cafe and hearing the giggles behind the counter as they are masterfully creating. This food is art.

A must stop for breakfast or lunch for the whole family. Nothing quite hits the spot like a perfectly crafted bagel sandwich, made to your specifications. Summer or winter. Doesn't matter. Nothing will bring that taste of joy into your day like a bagel from Blue Sky. The bagel artists behind the counter are great there and never fail to create to perfection. Try one of their breakfast bagels anytime of the day or break into the roast beef bagel toasted with some Swiss to start your day. They make great lattes, plenty of flavoring choices to add as well for anyone's taste. Add a cup of the daily hot soup to eat solo or dip your bagel into and wash it down with the rotating kombucha on tap. Located on main street in beautiful downtown Boise. It's a must stop for anyone traveling or local.

Don't let the long line scare you away. Even with an 8 and 6 year old the line moves fast enough for their little patience. Remember your punch card for their bagel sandwich too. Don't want to miss building up to your well deserved free bagel sandwich!

Best part of my quick trip to Boise today. The bagel was great. Service was friendly and the “chill” atmosphere was just what I needed. I’ll definitely make plans to come back!!

Came here to look for a breakfast sandwich option & I’m glad that I executed my decision! I had the Asiago bagel, with egg, bacon & jalapeño cream cheese.. deliciousness ! Come get your bagel sandwich here. They have 4 locations in the treasure valley. The prices are very good as well.

Delicious! 10/10 recommend. The place isn’t the nicest on the inside and gives off an old school vibe. The bagels are soooooo good especially the breakfast sandwiches. Feels light but fills you up for all day! No groggy feeling after eating which I love. Will be back soon

The best bagels in Boise! Weekend mornings can have a 20 minute wait, but it's worth it. Their staff is incredibly cheerful and their bagels are my favorite in all of Boise. I love buying a dozen bagels and taking their cream cheese home with me. The asiago, cinnamon raisin, and everything are my favorite.

The perfect bagel. The everything Bagel with salmon and the works! Perfect crunch (toasted) with the quintessential chew. Yum! (Ignore the soiled ceiling titles and air vents, the place is otherwise very clean!!!

We stopped by here on our way through Boise for a quick breakfast and it was so delicious!! They are very inexpensive when compared to other cafes that have bagels!
Also the staff was super friendly and took the time to explain menu things to me! A super great experience!

We got the Cafe latte and a toasted blueberry bagel with honey walnut cream cheese with a little honey. So good for a sweet but not overly sweet option!

Been a customer for 15 years now. Best bagels in the Boise area. Great location downtown. They do have another store in Meridian but it’s definitely not the same vibe. For something sweet try the Cinnamon Sugar Bagel with Honey Walnut Cream Cheese :).

Think fresh bagels smeared with house mixed cream cheese spreads! Ooh and the hummus is made in-house, adding to the delicious options. Customer Service is always chipper, helpful, and welcoming!
When we think bagels, we want Blue Sky.
Prices are cheap for us and we love the selection!

Shoutout to everyone there, you guys are more cooler than beans more awesomer than sauce and just all around beautiful. Shoutout to MaKenzie (or MacKenzie?) Girl, you are crushing it. Thank you so much. And of course, shoutout to everyone else there. You're all absolutely amazing. I don't know anybody else's name, but if I did you best believe I'd be making a list of how lovely each and every one of you are.

Super fresh bagels. The best are the cinnamon sugar toasted with butter.

Blue Sky is the absolute best place in Boise to get bagels. Always fresh and delicious. They have a variety of great flavors so there is an option for everyone. (The flavors in the attached picture are everything, asiago and sunflower with plain cream cheese.) Their cream cheese (packaged in store!) also comes in several different flavors like honey walnut, jalapeño, bacon scallion and lox. They also make great bagel sandwiches for both breakfast and lunch. I highly recommend stopping in to grab a bagel (or in my case six bagels), you will not be disappointed.

Staff is always nice. Bagel and cream cheese is always fresh. Their tomatoe soup is tasty. My parmesan bagel with egg and jalapeno cream cheese is always on point. My favorite go to at Blue Sky.

Hello hangover cure!! Good bagels, great sandwiches and amazing, friendly service. I forgot to add cream cheese to my sandwich but they happily gave me a side of some without charging me. Thank you Blue Sky for curing my bad decisions!

The place was busy during the lunch rush on Sunday, but it was worth the wait. I ordered the turkey sandwich and a bagel that were some of the best bagels I’ve had in awhile. Staff was friendly, the line moved along and reasonably priced. I would definitely go back.

Closest thing to a NY bagel that I’ve found in Boise. Lots of variety on bagel flavors and cream cheeses. Amazing cookies too!
