Wow! This is the first time I have ever said Wow about a drug store. I have never seen such an open and airy floor plan in a drug store before. The aisles were so wide. Everything was meticulously clean and organized. It actually felt calming and welcoming in there. I spoke to the Manager and she was very proud of their remodel, as she should be. Great job!

It would be great if 5415 front end employees got there severance pay. It's sad this company left them without a job. At least pay them as loyal people to your company

I have used Rite Aid Pharmancy for over 30 years. I have absolute trust in the pharmacists, and have never had issues with them.
The other store employees have always treated me as if I was a friend, no matter which store I was in.
I love browsing through the store, it offers so much and I always find something I needed - wither I was looking for it or not :)

I've always liked this Rite Aid. It is in a very convenient location and is the only retail store in the area open 24 hours. Francis, the cashier I had today, was very friendly, welcoming, and professional.

RiteAid Pharmacy App texted me that my Rx was filled before my Doctor had time to tell me it was called in. Wow! Great service!!! When I arrived, the cashier/Pharm.Tech. greeted me while finishing with the current customer. There were several pharmacists filling orders behind the counter. I was in and out under 5 minutes even though it was quarter past 5 PM. 1515 State St., you're now my favorite Pharmacy Store.

Every pharmacy I have ever been to is slow. In my opinion, that's cause they are working and have more customers than myself. That being said this Rita Aid staff was EXTREMELY AWESOME when my toddler was sick. The dr's office was starting to close and the pharmacy techs worked tirelessly to get the doc in the box to send the prescription. They made phone calls for me and went out of their way to help me out. You get what you give in this world. Customer Service is a great job some days and others it sucks. A lot of people treat us as "the help" and they get what they deserve. Remember that when you read bad reviews, or write them for that matter. Peace.

Chris is always extremely helpful! Along with other members of the team. They always take care of me and chris has always gone above and beyond to make sure i get any prescriptions i need as urgent as possible even when they are getting slammed he does it with a smile on his face. Always very transparent if there are any pricing changes and i respect that a lot. Keep up the great work! 6 out of 5 stars

Never thought I'd write a review for a Rite Aid but this is an awesome old building with seamless new interior. Everyone was friendly and they had everything we needed unlike the grocery store across the street.

Totally recommend to anyone, plus they sell booze!🤙

10/10 for customer service for the pharmacy!! Long story short this pharmacy staff went above and beyond to help us get our daughter's prescription before closing. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful and accommodating they were!

I love this Riteaid. They are always friendly at the drive up. The pharmacist is always available to answer my questions anytime. Sometimes I have a lot of questions but they are always patient with me. I really appreciate all of these personal. ❤

The pharmacy staff are the best. I have several regular prescriptions that have changed numerous times over the years, along with insurance and periods of no insurance. They are always extra helpful. And compared to the other 24 hour pharmacy...there is no comparison. Rite aid for the win!

Newly remodeled and open 24 hours. I always find what I'm looking for. Recently had to deal with a medical issue and help a family member. Rite Aid was great. I'm loyal to this location. Thank you.

my boyfriend and i stopped by to pick up some halloween items and we had the most wonderful experience! Tim checked us out and had the most upbeat energy with such a happy personality. it brightened our day :)
