The supermarket interior was very organized, clean and neat. It’s with a good size of the grocery shopping space for the regional supermarket to provide the wide selection of the products for residents living. The plus is there is Starbucks inside the supermarket at this location.

There are several Albertsons in Boise. Enjoyed my visit to this outlet as parking is readily available. The staff there are all very friendly. Supermarket is well stocked with varieties. Good selection at the seafood and meat sections. Their ready to eat cooked food are available as early as 7.45am. Once you are done supermarketing, you can also pop by other shops within the same area.

Wonderful staff. Never had a problem with fresh products I have purchased. More importantly, they are very good at helping disabled customers. Their carts are always charged. They insist on helping me to take groceries to car. Their handmade sandwiches are delicious. I hope they don’t sell to Kroger!

The best Albertsons in the valley, but it is the staff that makes it. Knowing that most the staff has been here for years and years and remembers me and what I did 2 months ago is priceless. You’re more than a customer at this store if you shop regularly. Without the employees it just wouldn’t be the place I go for all my grocery needs

Pretty solid albertsons. Very clean and well organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can tell that the customer base is a ton of Karen's who double park their Audi and leave their cart wherever they like yet, complain about how terrible other people are lol. Can't hold that against the store though. For that, I blame their parents if, their parents were young enough to still be alive today lol. I do prefer the one in Meridian as it's much bigger and more checkout lanes.

I have really embraced the curbside pickup! Always so friendly an fast- any issues are resolved quickly

The pharmacist was very helpful in explaining the new medications and took the extra time to resubmit through my insurance even though it was almost closing time. And she did it all with a smile. Thank you!

Had a delightful breakfast this morning at Elmer's. Enjoyed a delicious fruit and whipped cream-covered waffle! 😋

"Almost" all Albertsons in Boise deserve 5 stars, this one gets more, it feels like home.

Tonight I wanted fried chicken for the family for dinner. I went to this Albertsons on Park Center Drive and the service was incredible! It took minutes for fresh chicken to come out of the oven hot and ready! Thank you sooo much for demonstrating what customer service looks like! You rock!

Great service. Since it was raining, a young employee insisted on helping me carry my stuff to my car and talked about how excited he was for Spring Break. Told me to have a great Spring Break. Super nice kid - made a rainy day less blue...

So, I hate to grocery shop in normal times, and shopping during COVID is just a big old fat nope; but, a few weeks ago, my wife convinced me to stop for groceries. She had me drive right up in the front and park in a designated stall. Then she casually picked her phone up, and called the number on the sign in from of us, gave her name, the number of our stall, and then hung up. Less than 5 minutes later, a nice young lady approached our car with a cart full of groceries. She opened the back hatch, loaded our groceries and walked away. I traded looks with my wife - who smirked and asked me to drive her home. This started my love of grocery shopping. It's so simple. Go to their website, pick your food, drive to the stall, go home. Seriously, why did it take a Pandemic to make this a thing? I love it!! This review might get some eye rolling from the seasoned shoppers, but if you're like me, and you hate to shop, or you get lost amongst the 87 different types of milk - that your wife didn't get specific about... then just know that Albertsons figured this out on our behalf. Grocery shopping? I've got this!!!!

The coolest thing happened today... I ordered my grandaughter's birthday cake online at Albertsons on Park Center this last Monday. When I went to pick up the cake today they didn’t have the order. I showed them my email receipt so they called the manager. The bakery lady told me if I could wait she could have the cake done in 20 minutes. I said no problem I could wait. I didn’t have any shopping to do so I was hanging around the floral section. The manager approached me with a receipt in hand and said it was his mistake so he paid for the cake. The cake was $34... I couldn’t believe that he did this. I’m so impressed with the customer service and how they all treated me. I wasn’t expecting that, nor was I upset I had to wait. Thought I would share this experience with everyone and give a shout out to this awesome manager, Wade Eberhardtt! He went above and beyond the call of duty.

Amazing staff here. I am tempted to give it 4 stars because the crazy awesome Albertsons on Broadway has soooo much stuff but I only go there when I want chicken pot pie. This one is my favorite... even if it doesn't have handmade chicken pot pie.

Very nice store, just the right size, produce, deli and bakery excellent.

Great. I love the smaller store. The marketplace is nice, but inconsistent with keeping products I buy. A particular shout out to Russ at the meat counter. Very pleasant and accommodating.

I've never had a bad experience at any Albertsons so far. Great place to ship and some awesome deals. Take advantage of their rewards program.

Albertsons is our neighborhood go to place. Everyone is friendly, helpful and like a second family. They know our names and ask how we are doing. Feels wonderful to be able to go in a store to know they care.
