Edible Arrangements

My family had a gift sent from this establishment. Never had heard of edible arrangements until we received this special gift during a difficult family loss.

The delivery was great and the fruit tray/ extra sweets were assorted beautifully. The taste was amazing and I wouldn’t mind supporting this business.

I got the cutest platter ever for Valentine’s Day. I went in and even though they were super busy they took their time with me and were super nice over all!

I ordered an Arrangement recently and was very happy. I order over the phone and talked with a nice young lady. She helped me get an arrangement for a thank you gift. She made some great suggestions. I asked them to deliver it and my neighbors called immediately thanking me and telling me how beautiful and delicious it was. What a fun treat!

The cheesecakes and dipped apples are my favorite! But everything here is delicious! It always looks beautiful whenever I arrive and my guest always thoroughly the desserts. This is one of my go toos places for an easy and beautiful dessert for a party or gathering!

They have amazing fruit and awesome people over at the Collinsville location! There were definitely issues in the past but they seem to be picking up their slack! Not sure if it’s new employees or what but I will definitely be reordering again!

I ordered an arrangement for the first time ever for my parent’s anniversary and was delighted with the excellent customer service I received from Mary and Hannah when I was worried my parents wouldn’t be home to accept the delivery. They assured me the delivery driver placed the arrangement in a cooler box and left it for them on the porch. A couple hours later when my parents got home it was still in perfect condition. They went the extra mile to ensure their service was satisfactory and it was more than. Thank you!!

The delivery driver called me to inform me that the address I gave was incorrect, and that the person receiving the gift did not live there. He waited on the phone with me while I got the correct address and he was able to make the delivery still happen. Super amazing! Super awesome guy and company. Really glad they have him in the company! If I could give him a bonus or tip I definitely would!! THANK YOU!!!

My son loves coming in here for chocolate dipped strawberries! Such friendly staff and yummy treats!! Highly recommend!

Ordered from them twice recently and not only was it delivered same day, they went above and beyond to make sure my friend who I ordered it for got it and it didn’t sit outside in the cold. The new owners of this store are great and they will definitely be getting my business again!

Bought 2 arrangements. I got online at 3 am and was able to pick up the items at 12, the same day. Tried a smoothie, it was pretty good. Got a to go item, covered bananas, amazing, only $5. Thanks!

Jaiden was amazing at helping with a problem I was having with the Edwardsville, IL location.

On Feb 11th I placed an order for a create your own box for pick up at Edwardsville on the 12th at 7pm.
Soon after I received a call explaining that they could not complete my order due to that they do not except create our own orders the week of Valentine’s day and that they close at 6pm so I can’t pick it up at 7pm either.

I later tried calling the Edwardsville location back once I decided what I would like to change my order to, but they had their phones switched to night mode at 11:20am and I could not get ahold of anyone. On the automated recording, it instructed me to call the Collinsville location for orders so I did so.

I explained my situation to Jayden and she was instantly concerned and explained to me that they are excepting create your orders today just not on Valentines and the day before. Jayden insisted on helping me and contacted the Edwardsville location. She called me back saying she could not get ahold of them either, that their phones seem to be off. Then told me they would be happy in taking my order and making sure Edwardsville canceled and credited my original order.

Great customer service. Received arrangement for wife on Feb 14th....our anniversary. Some strawberries were soft. She called and voiced concern. They gave her a replacement on her birthday (Feb 16th) with a free balloon and teddy bear for free. They have my business!!!!
