The District Coffee House

I stopped here by the recommendation of Dylann at Dawson Taylor to taste the second coffee shop of the day. I was excited to try this place because of the latte art in the pictures. I've never had a latte like that before. 🙃

Walked in and I loved the atmosphere right away. It was packed though and it very well deserved the amount of clientele. Ada took my order and was very nice! She had the latte art specialist make my drink, a vanilla latte. It took a while for me to get my order but it was very well worth it.

I got a bag of Bright Eye roast and was excited as heck to try latte. It smelled a bit similar to Blonde but far brighter. After getting my latte, I took a sip and was astounded at the taste of the light roast, with the bit of milk and vanilla complimented the roast even further. I sadly couldn't finish it as I had two drink at Dawson Taylor so my stomach was starting to act. Nevertheless I slapped a lid and took it with me on my four hour drive home!

For a small menu it stands out! Everything was delicious, it did take them a minute to get the orders while it wasn't busy but not crazy long. Worth the wait. It doesn't really have a sign, only found it because we searched for coffee. Glad we did try it out!

Enjoying a latte on the patio early Monday morning. Inviting open space inside with spacious patio for conversation or work. Coffee is excellent.

My favorite coffee house in the Treasure Valley! This place is really budget friendly, however the coffee and chai is significantly better than Dutch Bros and Starbucks in my opinion. Definitely check it out!

Very spacious inside and the ambience is warm and calm. Could easily spend all day here working/studying/people watching.

By far the best traditional Expresso and Coffee in Boise. I have been coming here for years and wish I got more coffee here than I do. I first found District Coffee one day after getting off work and ordered a Cappuccino and was extremely impressed by the question of whether I wanted it wet or dry. Not a lot of places even give that choice or they just assume everyone has coffee the robotic automated way. Excellent atmosphere and chilled environment perfect to hang out on a day off, not to mention it is within walking distance of all the great shops in downtown Boise.

I frequent here monthly. Always a great latte! Their morning granola bowl is super unique and I hope they never change it! So good.

Their dirty chai is phenomenal. Large airy indoor seating area and a nice patio as well with afternoon shade.

Delicious coffee! Not super sweet and the coffee has great flavor! Recommend the light iced white chocolate lavender mocha! 😋 or hot oatmilk cinnamon latte (picture below)

Has a warm feel when you walk through the door. Lines can be either long or short it always varies. Staff is friendly. I always default to a cold brew or dirty chai which never let me down! Especially if Kyle makes the dirty chai. Can be hard to find sitting sometimes and not open if you happen to have someone in a wheel chair or stroller come in. May have to move chairs to get around. But great place to stop in when you are downtown.

Great little coffee shop in downtown Boise. Great place to meet and talk. Looks like they have a set up for live music. I'll have to go back and try it again.

Great place to work and to meet with friends or colleagues! Have been coming here for over 5 years.

ICED LATTES, LET'S GO! I enjoy the atmosphere as well and the staff is always friendly! If you are lucky enough, you may even catch the owners in the shop from time to time! It has the Local Boise Vibe too!

This is my go to coffee shop. Super nice spot right on the corner there. Very peaceful

The District is a beautiful spacious place to relax, work, and socialize. The last time were were here, the barista generously offered our table a free latte, so I figured I’d take a picture of it!

Incredible pastries and amazing coffee. Plus the staff was so nice!

Staff were friendly, the avocado toast was good, and I enjoyed my turmeric latte.

Great coffee in bright, warm atmosphere with big windows and large seating area. Super friendly staff; they gave us a free refill after my sister, really needing the coffee to function at 100%, knocked her full cup over. And don’t worry, oat milk is coming soon!

I liked the vibe created by the large windows and furniture. The baristas are polite and efficient. There isn't much in the way of food so just drink more of their delicious coffee.

My absolute favorite place to get coffee down town. The coffee tastes good, isn't over priced, the atmosphere is super open and relaxing. But the best part is: they are a non profit that sends money to support orphans in India!
