Hyatt Place Boise/Downtown

Every Hyatt staff we engaged with were so kind and helpful. We had only planned on staying for 1 night but ran into unexpected car trouble. So, the staff graciously extended our check out time till we had to stay for a second night. Then they automatically extended our check-out time the very next day which made us feel like someone cares and is keeping an eye on our situation. Thank you all for making us feel at home and safe at the Hyatt.

Room was very clean, quiet, and had good AC. The hotel is located in a good location within easy walking distance to great restaurants and bars downtown.

Wonderful location, clean, comfortable, and quiet room. The staff were 10/10. I'll return here when I land in Boise again.

My husband and I were very pleased with our one night stay here. our room was very clean and spacious. Would have liked to stay for breakfast but we had to head out of town early.

This was a very clean, well-located, and hip Hyatt Place. Almost everything we wanted to do/see in Boise was within walking distance of the hotel. I really enjoyed the bar / restaurant in the lobby (the cocktails were fantastic) as well as the free breakfast. The gym was small, but clean and empty. We utilized the laundry room and it was also clean and empty.
When we needed to checkout early (not related to the hotel), the customer service was excellent... refunding my last night of points within 24 hours. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Boise.

This a great place to stay in downtown Boise. It's clean and modern, and the staff have been friendly every time I've stayed there. It's a couple of blocks further away from the Boise Centre than some of the other hotels, but it's also less expensive and the parking is more convenient. The neighborhood also has plenty of great restaurants, places to shop, and areas just to walk around.

Great place to stay in Boise. Rooms are nice and breakfast is good. Also it's within walking distance of the whole downtown area. Always was able to find a space in the parking lot for when I did have to drive. you're staying in Boise and actually want to see the city you can't go wrong here.

We stayed here on a romantic 'staycation' for two nights. Rooms were clean, staff was kind, and location was great. Very affordable for what you get. Highly recommend

Check-in was quick and easy. Front desk was professional and friendly. Rooms were modern and clean, though smaller than other places but still enough for 2. Breakfast covered all the bases. Walking distance to many restaurants. Overall a good experience.

We utilized a conference room for a work training event. This hotel has very nice atmosphere, from the beautiful lobby, amenities, cleanliness and lovely staff. It’s in a great location and I appreciated the parking lot being so close and easy, not common for a downtown location. Our speaker was happy with the audio/visual set up in this hotels conference space. I would highly recommend Hyatt Place in downtown Boise.

Staying here was the breath of fresh air needed to continue our move. We stopped after a 10 hr drive, the room was spotless and comfy, night staff was so sweet and helpful. Breakfast was great. And they had food options thanksgiving evening which was nice after traveling. Definitely a safe area downtown. Couldn’t have been more happy with my stay. You do have to pay for parking unless you use street parking, but then you have to leave before 8 AM to get free.

I've been here several times. Clean, nice, good location.

Was here for a conference with my wife and two kids. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast had good options with prepackaged things and things to eat right there with nice seating. Pool and hot tub seem nice, just couldn't try it with the kiddos.

This was for a work trip. They got us in our room quickly. The rooms were very nice. I loved the light up mirror! Clean and comfortable bed. The pull out couch was also very comfy for my guest. I loved the coffee shop inside. It was a very peaceful morning on their patio. Also the breakfast buffet was delicious. They had a huge variety to choose from (as far as breakfast foods go). The parking was a little tricky as the lot got full quickly. But after a certain time in the evening parking on the street is free and it is also free on Sundays. The pool and hot tub looked nice but we didnt get a chance to take a dip. I loved the atmosphere of the location as well. Very comfortable and safe and had a great laid back vibe.
All around I loved staying here and will again.

We only stayed here because of a Hot wire mix up, usually it would be too pricey, but now we know why! The room was beautifully decorated, everything was well cleaned (I felt comfortable letting my toddler explore on the floor), and customer service was awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I have stayed at the Hyatt Place Boise Downtown for three separate stays of over a week each time. This past month two of my stays were extended not by choice, but because of work related delays, which left me and my associate stuck in Boise day to day not sure when would would be able to leave. Crystal at the front desk went well above and beyond the call of duty to help make sure she had rooms for us, even though the hotel was full for other events. No matter what it was, Crystal, David, and the entire staff were there for us, whether it was mailing packages, printing boarding passes, (which we had to do daily at times,) finding our way around town and knowing good places to eat, getting clean clothes, and just as important as all that, having a friendly face to serve you a great drink in the hotel bar after a long day of work.

The breakfast was thoughtful with a lot of options, and they mixed it up from day to day. The hotel location is perfect for downtown and there are lots of great bars and restaurants within a block or two in every direction. (Just ask, the front desk always has great recommendations.)

When I come back to Boise, and I am sure I will end up back in Boise, this is the only place I will stay. Everyone that I met here, (and when you stay in a hotel for weeks at a time you meet everyone,) was cheery and helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. The is a culture here that you don't often see in hotels like this, it is very special. I not only had the opportunity to see how they interacted with me, but to see how they interacted with the other guests, even ones that I would considered to be less polite and more demanding. Let's just say that I couldn't do their job the way they do, as well as they do, and keep smiling the way they do!

Stayed here for 2 nights in May. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. My room was very spacious and clean and I did like how the hotel location was within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. The gym area was very clean and I thought the breakfast was fantastic! Choice of breads, scrambled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, Etc. There is also a quiet bar/lounge area near the lobby. Beds were comfortable and the shower is more spacious then most motels. Great place to stay in Boise!!

Comfortable. Good customer service. Not so great room service, but safe downtown spot. Definitely coming back.

We stayed over night for our anniversary. I used my points for a free night. The hotel was nice and clean, including the room. All of the staff (bartender, concierge, housekeeping) were so nice. Definitely recommend the hotel. They are in downtown Boise but they are off to the side so there’s not that much traffic/noise. It was nice!

Conveniently located downtown Boise, just down the road from great places to eat and multiple breweries like 10 Barrel and Barbarian brewing. Complementary breakfast was very nice, and when we asked about almond milk, they actually had some for us. The rooms were very clean and seemed very in style/up to date. Upon returning here for out second visit, there was a hand written note and some gifts thanking us for choosing to stay a second time. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside to staying here is the parking. You have to pay for parking, but you might not get a spot due to it being such a small lot. Apart from that, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
