Tried other pool places that sold me hundreds of dollars in chemicals and could it turn my pool water from dark green to clear. Linda was able to figure it out and clear my pool within a few days. Five years ago and sticking with them still.

I’ve been getting out chemicals here for years. They’re knowledgeable and they won’t over sale you stuff you don’t need. I went to another local store on a day Elite was closed and the other place tried to sell me hundreds of dlls worth of stuff…decided to wait and went back to Elite the next day. Easy fix with 1 bottle of ph reducer which was less than $40. As honest as it gets.

Great knowledge about pools, type of installation and treatment. Incredibly helpful and most importantly family business. Hard to find great customer service as this. This is by far the best pool supply and service store I came across in many years.

I tried Elite Pools after my original pool contractor's service department was disappointing. Linda and her team have been outstanding.

We come here every year to get our pool water straightened out when opening. The service is fast and friendly. They make sure you know exactly what needs to be done. Their prices beat anything I found online by a wide margin, which is rare for a b&m store.

BAD! BAD! BAD! I had them open and close my pool for years. When they closed the pool in the fall, I thought everything was set for the winter. When they came in spring to open my pool, they called me about a problem. The pool heater was leaking from the internal manifold. They bypassed the heater to get the filter working. They took apart the heater so they could get a new part. After two weeks, I had to call them. They said the problem was a chemical imbalance that caused the manifold to crack. I flipped out! They did not purge the water out of the manifold in the fall and the water cracked the manifold during the cold winter. I asked to see the part, they threw it out the week before. I finally talked to the owner, she agreed the water was not properly cleaned out and she would help me out on a new heater. She marked up the price of the heater and the labor and then gave me a discount off of the high price. I called another pool service company, they gave me a price that was $200 cheaper than Elite's special deal. What a shame! You lost a dedicated customer!

Came unannounced, was condescending to my wife, told us our filter was dirty, and charged us $135 for the visit. When I called to ask more about the charges there wasn’t any answer except “we’re so busy we don’t have time to call in advance and had you asked about the pricing we would’ve told you.” I’d stay away
