Very nice downtown park. Has a gazebo, nice grass and an area for children to play. The park is surrounded by a historic district which has some very nice historic homes. Walk around the area to appreciate all the nice homes and sights.

Great place for walking and picnics for the whole family. Wonderful tree cover. Located in the middle of a very nice and historic residential neighborhood. Next to a good school. Looks beautiful at night.

Love this park. It is a great place to gather at the center, the gazebo, for a wedding. There is something for everyone, whether young or old, at the park.

A wonderful place to visit and walk your dog. Bring your kids, have a party. But please respect the park and cleanup after yourself, your kids, and your pet.

Very safe park for years now, whether it's day or night. Very active place at night but nobody ever bothers anybody. Any hour of the night you should feel comfortable here as long as you don't approach someone you don't know. Great shade from trees and great grass. One playground and a historical gazebo. Lots of owners walk dogs here day and night.

This is my daughter's & my secret garden we call it where we can find an abundant variety of seeds to sow. You just have to know what times of year to go and look on the ground of the many garden beds. I love to sow surprise seeds!

Took my kiddos to this lovely park after Sunday church and let them run their little hearts out. This park has a lot of beautiful trees and lots of room to run around. Their picknic tables are great to have a nice lunch or a quick snack, highly recommend visiting. Makes a perfect place to take a breather and or meditate.

Pioneer Women's Park is our own little slice of neighborhood heaven. Play equipment lets children romp and slide to their hearts content. Dog walkers meet and chat. Nature lovers sit and enjoy fresh sunshine. People picnic on the grass. Weddings, concerts and other events take place around the central gazebo. Possibly the city's oldest park, it's been in use for well over 100 years. The City has often spoken of restoring the gazebo to it's original design, but so far the same one that's been there for at least 50 years still stands with a newly repaired roof. A full city section for all to enjoy.

Great an awesome park to bring the kids, or have a picnic in the grass! It's a very open park to be able to keep a good eye on the kids while they play! One of the oldest parks in town, over a hundred yrs old!

Lovely historic park! We got married here. Gazebo, small playground. Great for walkers or kiddoes learning how to ride a bike. Has a paved square around entire park with an X that crosses through the gazebo. Mature trees and good shade. Good spot for parties, family football games and picnics. Next to Alma D'Arte Highschool. Some hobos sometimes, but I have never been bothered and have been hundreds of times while kids were growing up.

A late autumn morning, just enough people and dogs to make it not seem deserted. I would like to more history about the women who nurtured this large open green space in the middle of a quiet neighborhood.
