I came here for a warranty repair on my MacBook Air and was super impressed with the turnaround time and the quality of repair. Calvin is a master of his craft, having been at it for 30 years! And, you can really tell. He instills confidence and is great to deal with on every level. Super friendly! He's the most knowledgeable tech I've ever met and seems to truly love what he does. To find someone with this level of skill and experience that is nice to work with is really rare. I will continue to return here myself and would recommend them to anyone. To be honest, I'd rather have Calvin work on my machines than any Apple Store. To have this level of experience in the valley is a gift. Thanks, Calvin! :)

Took my laptop here for a cracked screen. I was helped right away and was given clear communication on how the screen would be prepared/how long it would take, etc. It was a very organized process which I appreciated and took less than three days from bringing the laptop in to get looked at to picking it up fully repaired. In addition to replacing my screen they also ran full diagnostics to ensure everything else worked properly. Pricing was incredibly fair. If I had any other issues with any of my Apple products I would take them here first. Support this small biz!

I just took my IPhone to Allied with a charge port issue. They had the issue diagnosed, fixed and had me on my way faster than it took me to find a parking space. I highly recommend this shop for Apple product issues. The shop is clean and comfortable to wait in. Its important to support our local small businesses. I should have asked but wasn't there long enough!!....seems to be a family run store. Thank you and I will be back.....my wife and kids all have Apple products and accidents happen!

Had an appointment with AC a couple weeks ago to repair broken charge ports on a 2020 Macbook Air. I believe it took Calvin maybe 20 minutes to diagnose and replace the ports. It was a very quick and satisfying transaction and I am appreciative of Allied Computing's diligence and existence in this area.

Calvin is great. I brought my MacBook Air in expecting bad news...had a water damage incident. Geek squad told me they couldn't do anything other than send it to Apple (4 weeks). Calvin found the problem, replaced the part, and got it back to me within 3 business days (most of the waiting was because of shipping time for the new part). And to top it off, all at a very reasonable price. I don't write reviews often but wanted to share my experience with Allied Computing.

As an iPhone owner since the 3G, I was DEVASTATED to have cracked my first screen on my brand new 11 Pro. I was about to send it off to Apple when I came across Allied Computing. Being the only fully certified Apple Repair place in town, I have to say my experience working with Devona and Calvin was absolutely incredible. They had the replacement screen the very next day and had my phone fully working again within 48 hours.

If you are in need of any help with your Apple product, I HIGHLY recommend Allied, they are extremely knowledgeable and being dedicated to Apple products makes them an extra special asset to the community. After waiting well over an hour at the Geek Squad desk, I was told there was nothing they could do and referred me to Allied Computing. What a refreshing experience! Calvin was quick to assess the problem with my MacBook Air. He ordered the parts and fixed my laptop promptly. Excellent service.

We had what ended up being a very minor problem with our Macbook Pro. Calvin was amazing. He broke everything down into layman's terms so we could understand. I also asked about upgrading one of our other machines and Calvin's candor and honesty were greatly appreciated as he could have very easily taken advantage of use. I would rather come here than a Mac store any time!

Calvin went above and beyond in getting my business computer fixed. I am a programmer and its very important to have my computer running and available to me. I dropped off my computer on Friday and somehow he had parts ordered, installed and had my computer fixed on Monday. Absolutely amazed with the new hardware installed and his level of expertise. Will definitely be using Allied Computing again in the future!

Not enough space allocated to say how amazing Allied Computing and the staff are. Our school is grateful for the support which is always delivered timely and professionally. I've also worked with Allied on a personal level for our iPhones. Their depth of knowledge is outstanding! I won't go anywhere else.

Allied Computing is a fantastic resource to have in the Flathead Valley. As the ONLY Apple certified resource in the area they were fantastic in getting my iphoneX back up and running. During the pandemic and working from home I was in dire straights with my phone dying and not having any access. They were also super generous in letting me work from the lobby while my phone was getting set up. Super reliable and professional! Highly recommend!

Allied is by far the best Apple store in the area. Calvin really knows his trade and repairs/upgrades are always done quickly and the work is impeccable. I would HIGHLY recommend this business!

I've had multiple computers have various issues. They're quick on the turnaround and will talk to you exactly about what the problem is. I appreciate their work. If you have an Apple product that needs service, take it there. They do charge $60 for a diagnostic if it's not under warranty, but I think you've got to pay people for their time, so I don't find that unreasonable.

Sometimes you have a customer relations experience that makes you feel like you are walking in some sort of dream. For some, that dream is a nightmare while others never want to awaken. The latter was the case for me this morning.

I purchased a Macbook Pro 2017 computer this week. Last night, I noticed that bubbles had formed on the screen. Horrified, I contacted Apple Support. They connected me with Allied Computing as they are certified by Apple. I walked in around 10:00 and was greeted by Devonna. I showed her my laptop, explaining my issues. Instantly, she explained that there was simply a screen protector on my screen, causing the bubbling. She called for Calvin who peeled the screen protector away and restored my hope in Mac products.

The fact that I was helped so quickly was lovely. But even more than that, they spend time giving me advice about how to protect my computer and which products they recommend and potential products to avoid. Later, Calvin even gave me an extension for my charger. Total cost to me? Free.

Calvin at Allied Computing goes above and beyond. He set up my older iMac for resale same day after I realized I couldn't do it myself because the appstore no longer carries High Sierra. When the new owner started getting a hold of me with complaints a few weeks later, I called Calvin. He kindly offered to get to the bottom of it. He quickly assessed that the issue was due to user error and validated that the iMac I'd sold had been mechanically and operationally sound the day he bought it.

While I didn't technically pay for service here, during the pandemic the person answering the phones was very helpful. He answered my questions about linking multiple routers together. He was extremely helpful and gave me information that led to a successful installation. He took about 10 minutes of his time to do so and I really appreciated it.

AMAZING work. On Tuesday night, my (aging, 2011) Macbook completely died, requiring a major ($600) hardware fix. It was a known issue that Apple had acknowledged and issued an extended warranty on...that expired two months ago. I took it in to Allied. After some testing, Calvin called me and advised me on how to pursue the warranty despite its recent expiration. I followed his advice and called Apple and described the problem. Apple made good on it and agreed to pay for the repair. They even overnighted the part. It's Friday and I'm now typing this review on my repaired, working-like-brand-new, Macbook. It cost me $0. Thanks Allied and thanks Apple!

Calvin is the best - he assisted me in replacing my daughter's beloved MacBook Pro and checked out one used computer (it was a mess) and then another - winner except for battery so another being sent and Calvin will check that too! He remembered my daughter needed a matte screen and analyzed her old omputer and the used one I purchased to make sure the new one was even better than the broken unit! I know nothing about Macs - luckily Calvin knows everything and if you have yet to stop in and speak to him about your Mac you owe it to yourself OR call him on the phone where he also can share his genius- he is a fabulous resource for Mac owners in NW MT!!! Thanks so much Calvin!
