This JCPenny store is BEATIFUL!!! Today I stopped in and it is fully stocked, beautifully decorated and GREAT deals on clothing, shoes, jewelry, every department had sales. The staff was super friendly to everyone, it was like going back in time, but all the clothing, etc. is super on point and modern. BIG Respect to JCPenny, top quality and great prices.

It’s a good store, sadly they didn’t had a lot of things like they used to do before but I was able to find good deals and save some money. In my case the staff was nice and welcoming.

This is a Good store, more customers should shop here. ! They have high quality jewelry that is affordable and alot of affordable clothes. Stores like this one have been getting shut down because of lack of business. They have financing through jcpenny credit card as well.

Clothing selection is very good, I went there for a dress shirt for a dance and after visiting other stores and not seeing any good dress shirts, I remembered that JCPenney existed as I haven't been to the mall in a while. Went for the shirt and found a great one along with others for just under 40$, which is cheap for the quality in my eyes. Also found a sick jacket and some other stuff, didn't expect the store to be so big haha

The employees are so nice and it's always so clean.

Levi helped find the exact suit I wanted while doing all of the sizing for me. Very friendly, patient, and attentive.

Once I got to the cash register, the great service continued. Bri and Kirsten worked together to get as good of a deal as possible on the suit. Despite a busy rush of customers and being pulled in several directions, got me checked out and on my way. quickly

Lots of clearance to go through! I got quite a bit. Plus, I also had a 30% off coupon. Good day for bargains!

I will give 5 star to this place because they have my size ( big and tall) and they have good sales assistants if I need help.

The minimal help and limited supply of materials can be frustrating but I'm giving sales associate Barbara 5 Stars today for really trying hard to help me find what I need and offer assistance finding it on line to order if I want. She is so pleasant and the reason they aren't getting a 3. Atta boy Barbara. Employees make the shopping experience.

Took my 80 yr old mom in for some new clothes and we were both very pleased with the selection. Love the variety offered for every age group.

At first when I came into the store to pick up an order that I ordered online I thought I would never come back. The store did not have my items in stock after an email indicated they had... A kind employee by the name of Lizzy, walked me through some of my concerns, I began to walk away with some understanding..and a satisfied customer.. because of her i renewed my JCPenney card . She's very kind,considerate of older people such as myself, I call her a top-notch employee..thanks to her I'll continue to shop here j,Kalispell, Mt.

I was happy with how fast my dish set arrived! JC Penny did great at sending me email updates of where my order was and when it should arrive.

This time shopping at Penneys was great. I had to exchange a purchase in the shoe department. However when I bought the item it was so bad. I went in and found my item but had questions so I tried to find someone, anyone to help but NO ONE was in shoes, so I sat down to wait for whoever to return. NO salesperson ever returned. There were workers that entered the backroom through the shoe department. I tried getting their attention but they kept going. After a half hour I took my item to another department to buy.... I asked where everyone was at and was told they were short handed and didn't have any salespeople to cover the departments... JCPENNEY'S should place signs at the unattended departments letting people know that there's no one this so they don't waste their time waiting for salespeople that aren't working... This was JCPENNEY'S BAD.

So happy we have JC PENNY'S in our town Kalispell MT! Hope it stays here. I always get good service & decent sales. It is my favorite store in town!!

Found the perfect dress for my summer wedding! I had an image in my head, and found a dress, in my size, that made me feel exactly how I want to...so, I said Yes to my dress! (Credit and apologies to the say yes to the dress program). 🥰

There is a young lady who we have known for years who works At Customer Service. She has a disability and I'm glad she has gotten a chance at a great company. She is the best one who works there.

With staff that is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and incredible sales to boot, it is no small wonder that JCPenney has defeated Herberger's in our town, even nationwide. The atmosphere is comfortable and alluring, the selection of dress wear is phenomenal, and the variety in the store is great. I love shopping at JCPenney.

It's one of the few large retail stores left in Kalispell. It seems that our city council doesn't care about the only "indoor" shopping center and refuse to replace the other anchor store that vacated because of bankruptcy leaving Penney's and other smaller stores to fend for themselves. It's great that we still have a large retailer with good quality merchandise in town. I know I can count on Penney's to have clothing for the whole family and items for the home. Thank you Penney's for staying around!
