Zumiez

This zumies is great, have good products. And a bit pricey for some things. But customer service is beyond good, there is one employee, Jonny, who really knows his stuff is very helpful, and very kind with a great attitude. The female working today was very helpful as well I did not get her name tho as it was a short interaction.

Amazing Manager, Maddie, makes it an awesome experience for everyone. She treats this grandmother with the same friendliness and care that she gives my granddaughter and the 20 somethings that this store is geared for. I love her personality and how the employees all seem to enjoy working there. They are so willing to help find sizes and make suggestions. She patiently waited when our shopping actually went later then store hours. Granddaughter says it's the only place in Kalispell with her style of clothing. Have been in several times and always a 5 Star experience!

Maddie is one of the best managers I’ve had! She works hard, she’s kind, compassionate, and provides such an awesome environment for her employees. Thank you Maddie for your dedication to your team! More managers need to be like you!

Hands down the best customer service in the Flathead Valley consistently. No joke. Taking a kid school shopping is a chore. Most places if you can FIND someone to help you, chances are you are unable to find a smile or kind word. Complete opposite at Zumiez in Kalispell. These people are cheerful, helpful and kind. Consistently. Like every time. If you are looking for a fun, modern if not nostalgic place to shop for clothes, skates, or other Zumiez is your place. The second you walk in you are greeted by a sales rep. I’m wondering if they only hire nice people? Lol whatever their recipe for customer service… it works! Thanks to the crew at Zumiez for making my kids feel like a million buck!!

An amazing store. Always stocked with fantastic energy. Maddy is amazing and so kind. We are so thankful to have her running that store.

I forgot there names but that’s besides the point of how great of service they gave to me. There friendly there and quick to help you find what your looking for. Good job ladies ! Looking forward to shopping there again. They helped me walk away with some fresh kicks

The Girl with died bright orange hair was super helpful, and even went out of her way to help me find something, when the shoe I wanted didn't ome in my size.

Stopped in to pick up a longboard and found the staff to be very pleasant and informative. Eden answered all my questions and helped find the perfect board. Store had some pretty cool decks to choose from too!

Came into store to buy 10 pairs of vanns shoes for my wedding, Hanna helped me and was very helpful!! And very personable!!! And they have a great selection of shoes!!!

Great business philosophy- We had some issues with shipping of gift at Christmas -it came in later than expected - they apologized profusely and did what a real business should- even better perhaps- they have it to me for free

The employees are super nice, friendly and curtious. Great experience, will definitely shop there again.
