When I miscarried my baby, Kalispell Midwives & Women’s Health referred me to Buffalo Hill- and with great cause. The staff at Buffalo Hill treated my baby with dignity and tenderness, and they handled my husband and I with so much gentleness and kindness. They were extremely generous and because of them our baby has a resting place at home with us… thank you buffalo Hill for stepping in and shouldering some of the weight of our devastating loss.

WE USED them for my mother's ashes, and we brought my fathers in as well. 20 yrs after his death. They were fantastic. Then, 6 months after, I came in to select a small urn for a few of my mother's ashes. I could not decide. I selected one, next day returned to trade for one of 2 others. I was struggling with the choice. The lady decided to GIVE ME THE URN FREE so I could have both. I cried. What a special gift of heart connection we had. Thos place is deeply compassionate and kind

My father passed away and I live out of state. Buffalo Hill was patient and helpful and my experience was nothing but great working with them. They handled my requests quickly and their pricing was transparent and fair. I am very pleased with their business model and appreciate their guidance through such a daunting task of dealing with a death.

My sister and I worked with Diane and Jason. Both could not have been more helpful to get through the loss of our Mom. When Mom was in hospice to making sure all process were carried out with dignity and the wishes of the family. Could not been more grateful and blessed to have them to guide us to make the right decisions for our family.

All staff were very helpful and supportive of my Mother in law Margaret when my father in law Peter passed away. I met the staff in person when I came from Australia with my brother in law collect Peter’s ashes. The staff was ready with official documentation we need to fly the ashes back to Australia from USA with detailed information of what to do.

The process was easy and they walked us through it step by step and the prices weren't unreasonable. Great experience!

Buffalo Hills had some confusion about information for my mother's death Certificate. I wasn't very happy with this process. After my review they did contact me and explain the situation

Y’all need to tell the BBQ truck that isn’t the most appetizing place to set up.

They only get 1 star because no stars isn't an option. First time having to deal with a family death on my own (my dad) . They were very rude, rushed and NOT ONCE DID THEY SAY my condolences, or I'm sorry for your loss or showed any compassion towards me. I left there Feeling like a stupid kid who should have known better. As I leave he said something like "thanks for coming in" or "thanks for your business"!!! Extremely horrible way to be treated after suddenly loosing a parent! Then when they called about payment the lady was very rude and kept interrupting the me! I wouldn't recommend these guys for nothing
