We had a water heater that went bad, and the response time was fantastic. I was given initial help over the phone (on a weekend, because water heaters don't seem to go during standard work hours). There was no charge for the help over the phone, and then an appointment was made to come out... very quickly. The estimate was free, and then the work was scheduled and completed very fast. More importantly, the job was done incredibly well. Kind, professional, courteous... oh, and the final cost was $170 LESS than the estimate. (When does that happen?) I highly recommend Russell Richardson!

The service was quick, thorough, and professional. We now have a working water heater. I highly recommend plumbing services from them! 90 minutes after my initial call the plumber was in my house resolving the issue. He even took care of a separate issue I was having. Very responsive, quality work and the end price was extremely fair. Highly recommended!

He was amazing! He came in and out. We contacted another plumber and he said we need a special parts to order and never came back but he came and fixed within 10min. He knows what he is doing. And really fair charge! And he showed up as he planned!

Russell is busy because he does great work. He is also extremely communicative, returning calls right away. I really appreciate this about him. He is kind and patient, even at midnight, when we had to bother him with a frozen pipe!

Russ Richardson Plumbing coordinated with my building contractors to remove/reinstall my existing Water Heater (they previously installed that too), and remove/replace my old heating system. They suggested a system for me based on my needs and usage. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and professionalism. The new system has been so much more efficient that it paid for itself in less than two years compared to what I spent monthly on my old one.
