The UPS Store

An excellent customer experience! I recently needed to dispose of many pounds of documents into their shredder bins so I spent more time than usual in the store, over 2 busy Saturdays. Every customer was greeted in a friendly manner as their packages were processed. It’s just so nice, especially in these times, to have enthusiastic and smiling staff behind the register.

Anthony is the absolute BEST! He was not only professional and helpful in every way, but also personable and kind during a trying time for my family. I am so glad this UPS Store and Anthony are at such a convenient location!

The customer service is absolutely wonderful! They were very responsive and helpful in assisting me with picking up, packing, and shipping a package despite me living in another state. Thank you to Matthew, John, and everyone at this UPS Store.

I sometimes come here for Amazon returns etc and in general I've had great service never had anybody rude. I get a few of the low star reviews that complain bout paying a ton for some tape on a package but all stores are like that so i'm not gonna lower because they started charging for helping to package up my supplies.
Employee interaction-wise, my experiences have generally been good. Recently, I came to ship an amazon return & it was closing time just about & even tho Anthony was in the store closing up he gave me an option to give him a few minutes to finish up and he'd do me a favor and ring me up push my order through despite showing up a minute late. Policy wise and everything he technically could've just said we're closing bye see ya tomorrow and he'd been in his right to do so without being rude and it was my fault.
But Anthony took care of me & I ended up needing to print a label. My return wasn't scan from my phone return, but i had to pay (again company policy not his fault) like $5 but he took care of me & taped the label to my package. The entire time he was just cordial and very apologetic for the printing charge, despite him doing me favor ringing me up past closing time at this point, which was nice he didn't have to do any of this but I just really appreciated Anthony staying behind doing this little extra for little ol me.
So after my recent visit I felt like the service experience was worth actually throwing up a review and typing my experience out like this. I generally wouldn't throw up a review unless i had a horrible experience but almost 100% of the time going to UPS or FEDEX or USPS stores, you just go in pay to send package. Nobody gives you tape free anymore so i'm not mad about that. then i walk out. there's not much to the experience so i don't feel compelled to review places like these.

Anthony has a laid back attitude but he'll do everything he can to help ya within the company policies and may go out of his way for a lil extra when the circumstances warrant it. I sometimes can return items from Amazon through other means like a pick up at my place or going to clothing stores and let their shipping handle my items for free. But going to UPS gives me something to do a reason to go out my house for a minute and the service here and have a quick chat with Anthony is usually an enjoyable part of my day and worth getting out of the house for me.
***Anthony's a gamer, got family with kids, knows computer parts, from out of town. i wouldn't know that much usually bout a store employee but he always responds and chit chats within our 20 second interactions if i'm talkative and he's regularly working there so overall great manager or clerk whatever he is and mostly his service is why I come here instead of other stores or clothing store to drop off returns from Amazon. ***

Anthony was super helpful and friendly. Great experience and I will certainly go out of my way to come here rather than my local UPS store. He provided exceptional customer service with a smile (under his mask of course)!

I cannot say enough good things about Anthony and all the associates that work for the Canton UPS location. Anthony goes above and beyond every single time I am in the store. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and they make each and every visit a great experience!

I ship several times per week through UPS Canton, zero issues after many years. Staff is friendly and professional. I’ve seen some people firsthand trying to send poorly packaged goods squawk at the $2 fee for UPS Store to finish the job for them, get real folks!. $2 is a bargain, packing tape is easily $5/roll at office supply stores. Do it right or pay

OMG!The young man who greeted us was a gem! The store was slammed at 430pm.He knew we needed a Notary,"I see you don't have packages " lol,he knew .We wer crunched on time for an important issue .He was friendly and the whole store helped (witnessed) for the signing .what a breath of fresh air ,in a great shopping mall in Canton.ty ,he deserves a BIG Xmas Bonus !!tyty

Anthony is the best! He is so friendly and helpful. I go to this location specifically because of him. Other associates could learn from his example. Anthony, Thank you for your positive attitude and smile in this otherwise negative world. 🙂

I've only experienced positive and professional service from the folks at this store. I've used them for shipping and for notary services. I would recommend the store. If you live in Canton... keep it local and support your local shops. :-)

I do not understand the one star folks on these reviews. My experience has been always been excellent. The folks there are beyond friendly and helpful.
