I just love coming here I love the deals I love everything I love their lotions and body sprays and their hand sanitizer me and my daughter love coming here it's a great place to buy your own lotions and sprays and they last longer customer service is excellent it could be congested around the holidays but besides that I love it

This place is always my go to for hand sanitizer and body spray. They always have great deals like buy 2 get 1 or buy 3 get 3 free. So awesome. The ladies that work on the floor are always so nice too. I wish I knew the lady's name that helped my daughter and I like 2 weeks ago. She was so helpful and kind.

Yesterday, I went in to catch the wallflowers sale. From the moment I walked in the associates were all so friendly and helpful. I didn’t catch everyone’s name but Monika was awesome! Everyone was. I shared why I needed a certain scent for my business gifts and they went out of their way to help me with a smile from the moment I went in, to check out, to the moment I walked out. I felt comfortable shopping and not rushed even though the store had other shoppers. Thank you for making my experience a great one! I couldn’t wait to post on my social media about it. This location is my favorite. Very helpful staff. Debbie Jensen is the best store manager. Store was adequately prepared for candle day. Plenty of stock and plenty of staff. Even through busy times the store was neat n kept in order. All the staff goes above and beyond to help. Cailyn was very helpful. Jose very attentive. Emily Raquel always provide good service. Truly all the staff is great. Always a positive shopping experience when I shop here.

All I have to say is wow! I don’t really care for lotions and stuff, but the store looks so colorful and set up in such a beautiful way that I just had to go in and see everything! As soon as I walked in, all the associates greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything. They were so nice, and the store in general is big compared to other locations. I live an hour away and I’d still go back!

Everyone loves the scents of bath and body works. Sign up for there emails if you don't want to miss a sale. I always wait for the 3.50 sales around holidays. You can't beat that price but it only happens a few times a year and they sometimes bring back the old original scents online. The store is always clean and organized and the staff are great at making recommendations for similar scents of the ones you already like

The Strawberry Poundcake Ultra Shea Body Cream has made my hands so soft, and it smells great too. The store had an awesome sale, so I stocked up. Was tired of floral scents that make me sneeze, and this scent came highly recommended.

I just love everything about Bath & Body Works, especially their candles. Try the pound Cake people, you will love it. There's certainly others but perhaps I'll post them in my next rating.

All year long I can't wait for fall & winter all Thanksgiving & Christmas ⛄ 🎄 I Love anything that's maple , cinnamon, pecan, vanilla, I Love the ( pecan waffles candles and wall bulb's ) sugar cookies , the new Expresso & Latte mocha . Westfarm Mall's bath and Bodyworks is the very best store hands down always clean . staff are friendly and helpful except for some new chic she seems to have a stick up her butt they always seem to have what I'm looking for no disappointment as of yet
