I typically don’t leave reviews , but the ladies at this location are so nice & welcoming! i shop at ulta pretty frequently and have not had a bad experience here yet. customer service is a 10/10. every time i go in, Bianca always helps me out. she is amazing and always recommends the best products!

I went around closing time and an employee named Marzell was very kind and help me purchase the products I wanted in my budget. He was very patient with me and answered all the questions I had. There’s an Ulta in Waterbury but because of his customer service I definitely will be coming back. Thank you so much.

Just realized I can’t post a follow up review on the same account like Yelp does so I’m doing this on my university account haha but I went into the salon again yesterday! Izzy did such a good job on my retouching my highlights and toning it ashier and was super accommodating, as well as trying to maintain the integrity of my super damaged hair lol. I would definitely recommend him! I also saw Sureka working that day as well and I’m happy she still recognized me :) would still recommend her as well, I don't think you can go wrong with anyone as all the stylists at this location seem pretty talented! It’s reasonably priced and so much cheaper than the Boston area where I attend school at, which is easily twice the price for the same service before tip. I attached some photos of my before and after for reference!

Emma at the Benefit BrowBar does a flawless job with my brows every time! She pays attention to detail and I always leave with beautiful symmetrical brows.

Sureka was super sweet! I went in for highlights and came out with hair that blended well with my previous highlights that leaned brown, which is what I wanted ☺ she offered coffee and included a quick chop on the bottom and to fix my curtain bangs for free as well which was very generous and nice of her! Please book her, she is worth the extra money and pleasant to talk to and does a great job at what she does 😊 attached is a photo of my old hair and then 2 photos of my hair done by Sureka afterwards!

Got my daughters hair trimmed here and the lady was so nice to us and very helpful with picking out a new product for my daughters curly hair.

I am extremely pleaae to visit the store. Every time that I have to do my hair or I have to selected my make up Anthony and Lenashja have helped me to get what I want or need. They know their profession. Excellent customer service!

I don’t know if the woman’s name was Jacqueline, but she did an amazing job helping me revamp my makeup with Lancôme products. Knew her products very well and was so sweet to my kids. I had a rough start to my day and she made me feel me better. Excellent customer service and staff!😘

It’s December 30 2022 and I just got my hair done by Amy and if I could give her 10 stars, I would! She was super gentle with my hair and I had very little fall out. And for my fellow curlies she did an absolutely wonderful job on my locks. 100% recommend!!!!!

Izzy did a fantastic job of my makeup for my wedding! I came into Ulta Beauty as a walk-in and was seen right away with no wait. I showed Izzy a picture from Pinterest and he was able to recreate the look as a trial makeup. The day of my wedding Izzy was on time, well prepared with all of his materials including a light, and worked quickly to complete 3 flawless faces including my daughter. All of our makeup looked natural and glamorous, he even provided lipgloss and liner for me to continue to reapply throughout the day. Izzy is personable, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with I definitely recommend him and will hire him again for my maternity photoshoot.

Beautifully laid out. Kind and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. A wide array of beauty products for hair, nails, and skin from the top of your head to the sole of your feet.

Great customer service. Shortly after Ulta opened their doors for the first time, I made a purchase for a body serum. It turns out I didn’t inspect the bottle close enough while in store because it looked like the bottle was defective and had a hole in the top corner. Ulta let me exchange the serum for a new one with no hassle! Additionally, I had a service done with Benefit Brow Bar and Laura was great! She was easy to talk to and knew what she was doing. I’ll be back to this location frequently!

Great brow & lash job by Angie! I normally don't associate waxing services with Ulta. But called on a whim-6 pm, person on phone wasn't rude, which made me comfortable to proceed with the appt. Angie was very attentive, friendly conversation, and did great even on short notice, in & out to
go abt the rest of my busy schedule 👌 👏🏾!

All three woman who helped my find products for myself and my young daughter were amazing! Everything I asked, they knew right away and helped me pick products they personally recommended which I like more than diy. Will keep shopping here over Wethersfield. Clean and very friendly

So I can't believe this store has been open for a while and I am just visiting. I love it! They have everything a woman needs for beauty. If you need stuff for your hair and face this is the place. Chris was very helpful with matching the right foundation to my skin tone. Another young guy who helped me in the Clinque section was so informed with the product and knew just what I needed. Shoutout to Tyasia for doing such an excellent job on my brow wax and tint! Looking forward to my next appointment.

It has a wide range of cosmetics for all skin types along with skin and hai care products and also perfumes. The staff are very helpful and I did got birthday presents.
