Manny is the best salesman you could ask for. From the moment you arrive to the time you leave, he doesn’t push you into buying anything and leaves you alone while you look around. He always pops in at just the right time when you have a question and then continues about his business. He is literally everywhere, all the time lol. It shows that he’s been a salesmen there for 30 years, couldn’t ask for anyone better.

I’ve bought 3 pieces of furniture from Pilgrim over the last 10 years and never had an issue. Very quality products. Recently purchased a very nice sectional for our living room and also a reclining rocker for our nursery 10/10!

I was very pleased with the service I received from my salesman Steve Chmura. I told him what I was looking for and he did a great job in helping me find exactly what I wanted. It turned out that I had an issue with one of the pieces that I ordered. I contacted their Service Department and my issue was resolved in a friendly and professional manner. I would recommend Pilgrim Furniture to anyone. They have a great selection of furniture and the staff is very friendly without being overbearing.

Don't expect bargain basement prices because Pilgrim sells quality merchandise that lasts forever. I would like to personally that John in bedding for helping me with my most recent purchase. I was very pleased with pilgrim furniture went in to buy a couple recliners the wife saw online but after going in with the family we ended up buying new furniture. went in on new years day to shop and ran into Romeo the salesman he acknowledged us on the way in and gave us space til we decided what we wanted after we decided we found Romeo for our purchase and he was great easy polite and knowledgeable. All around a great experience for what it could have been nowadays Pilgrim made it easy Delivery was fine no issues.

I typically don’t do well with salesman, as I feel overwhelmed and smothered- but had the most pleasant experience with Kevin. We have bought from pilgrim for years. We love seeing Manny. He is so helpful and gives us time to try things out and yet is available in a minutes notice. We have never had a problem with delivery nor a problem with the items we bought.

My wife and I had been looking for a new couch for a while because the last one we bought was sinking after only 2 years and I decided to take a look at pilgrim last week to find something of better quality. I was greeted by Kevin from sales when I got there. He was extremely patient, and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the different types of materials used and which couch would last the longest. He let me browse without hovering over me. I came back with my wife a few days later and picked out which one we liked best. Kevin was kind enough to text with me outside of the store so we could keep each other informed. Today I headed down to purchase, he had everything ready for me. I was in and out on 10 minutes. Can’t wait for our new couch in a few weeks. I would give Kevin and pilgrim 10 ⭐ if I could!!!

They stand by the products they sell! We have bought a few pieces of furniture from here and we love them. We purchased our dining room table the top had a minor blemish appear about 19 months after we bought it. We called customer support and they came to look at it and sent us a brand new replacement the next day!

We are very happy with our purchase. Our salesman, Manny, whom we have dealt with many times over the years is wonderful to work with. He listens to what you need and want and doesn't pressure you to buy. The item we bought is good quality and very affordable

Our experience here was great. We bought 2 sofas and the delivery was smooth. I noticed a minor issue with some stitching in the back of one sofa. I was offered a new sofa or a discount. Recently we purchased a bedroom set elsewhere because we got an amazing deal. After 3 months of repeated delays and damaged furniture deliveries from the other company, I contacted Pilgrim to see if they had the set in stock. They let us put a deposit down to hold the pieces we were missing in case the other company couldn't deliver. Everyone in sales, the office staff and management were excellent to work with. Thank you to Maria and Megan for your professionalism and kindness while we were resolving this issue. Had I to do it over again, I would have avoided the months long hassles with the other store and paid the higher price to get the furniture on time and undamaged.

My wife and I went to pilgrim furniture to look at a kitchen table. While looking at the table we were greeted by Kevin who was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. We purchased the table and are excited for it to come in. We have purchased a few pieces of furniture in the past from pilgrim and are very satisfied with the quality and service.
