Stop by this location in Southington, Ct, first I would like to say that the customer service was perfect right from the door. The chicken in Rooster. Was crunchy tasty and filling. The Mac and. Cheese was definitely a kids favorite yummy!💯 The cleanliness wasn’t all the way there, but the customer service over powered that. I recommend you stop by and give it a shot. 5STARZ

I’m so glad 7-11 is finally open, the store is spacious and the food it great. I love that they have coffee machines that brew your coffee fresh. I’m very happy and this will be where I go from now on. It’s easy on and off the highway too which is very helpful. They have inside seating and plenty of parking.

Usually the best price on the strip. Easy to get in and out from either side of queen street. MANY options inside for snacks, drinks, food, coffee and a spot to chill. Dont know why youd want to chill in a gas station but hey. Its a nice spot

Brand new 7-11. Clean. Nice selection inside for coffee and snacks. Love that there's multiple pumps, reduces wait time.

The “Raise the Roost” chicken restaurant inside is phenomenal! Fantastic food and service

My name is Amir and i am highly disappointed by your customer service. I am sorry to say that, there is no education in the employees, specially the cashier. He have a nasty attitude.He thinks he is a king here. He knows nothing how to behave women. Unfortunately today morning at 6:30 my wife went to your branch and she received such a bad treatment from your cashier. My wife's hands were buzy with the sttuff and she put money on the counter but this person has no Mercy and start shouting at her and asked that why didn't you gave me in my hand. He shout and bark a lot at my wife.She got a lot of harrased by him.I beleive we will nevrr go back to this shop. Plzzz try to putt your employees in the limits

The worse customer services ever , I went to the store today at 6:30 am and I gave I cash the money to the cashier who was rude and treat me so bad telling me that why I left money on the counter instead of giving on his hands , it was odd situation , his narcissist reaction confused me a lot , he doesn’t deserve to be on front dealing with customers everyday , I will never come back to this place anymore .

Went into store to sigh up for gas app, got hacked there and many times since with my info. 711 needs to get their security together...my back helped fight the charges but now I have no card at all, thx 711 for NOTHING ...

My son has autism and he was struggling with an episode in the store I was trying to calm him down when the manager came over and asked me to shut him up as he was disturbing the other customers never ever coming here again period 💯
