As this was only a trip to ship out a package via Staples new FedEx service, I cannot comment on the stocking and availability for the rest of the store.

However the FedEx part was painless! Gave what I needed to ship to the associate, she packaged and padded it accordingly, I gave my information, got a receipt and paid at the counter. Nice and easy!

People talk about their bad experiences at staples. It's all depends who is running how good or effective it is. Kelly Store Manager is fantastic person she goes above everything to make you happy. I will really recommend Torrington Staples Store. And if you have issue just talk with Kelly I bet she will take care. Thanks Kelly for Great work. Thank you.

Staples has every kind of office supplies you'll need. Though their prices are quite high, they have everything from desk chairs to a printing station. Their staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. In other words, they know how to do their job!

I received excellent service from Jasmine at the computer counter. She helped me finding batteries for my remote starter, she also helped with the computer tools to change the batteries.

The service today was excellent. The folks were eager to help me through out my time there. It was an expensive and enjoyable shopping experience. Thank you.
