The owners were kind and patient as I resolved a payment issue. I got both ears pierced and the owner was skilled- the process was quick and painless and the conversation was pleasant. I felt affirmed and left feeling empowered and appreciative of my appearance thanks to this skillful modification and the kind ownership. The price was very affordable as well. I look forward to returning for future piercings and purchasing from their greatly curated shop.

Got supplies there a few times, good quality glass. The incense smells amazing, the clothes are fun/funny and of good quality too. Jess pierced my industrial like 10 years ago (rough estimate I suck with time lol) and also pierced my ears. Talkative, funny, nice, and overall both experiences were awesome. I'm going to be making an appointment soon for a tongue piercing!

I had never been there before but the man at the counter helped me with getting some nose jewelry. Very cute little place, not far from my work. I love it!! I would definitely recommend this for any one in the area looking for body jewelry 💕

i come here to get piercings and/or certain household supplies maybe once a week or so. it’s a warm, clean, friendly, and comfortable environment with good products and Jess is a fantastic piercer/human being. i accidentally almost lost my jewelry a few times and she was so quick to help me out! super happy that this shop is in my neighborhood 💕

Staff is beyond helpful and extremely knowledgeable on the products in their store. Professional and courteous, they made sure I had what I wanted and what I needed before I left. The prices are great, atmosphere is laid back and welcoming. I'll absolutely be going here again in the future.

I got my lip pierced 2 years ago by the apprentice and unfortunately they put in a piece of jewelry that was too short. I became concerned after a few weeks because the swelling did not go down and it felt like my lip was wrapping around the jewelry and pulling it in my skin. I went back with my concerns and the head piercer was able to take the lip ring out and put in a longer one. Given the circumstances, even after my lip being healed for nearly 2 years, I still have to wear longer and thicker barbells due to the scar tissue and the fact my lip almost literally inhaled the jewelry. The head piercer was very attentive to my problem and helped me out. I go back there every so often to have her change the jewelry for me and she’s very helpful.

I also enjoy the large variety of incense and I stock up every few weeks. They always have the ones in stock that I need and they’re reasonably priced! I can get 20 incense for $5!! Love it. The store is so cute and always smells so good (must be all the scents of the incense combined). Love looking at their products and jewelry and metaphysical products.

Great shop. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had a problem. I’ve referred friends here and they’ve never had a problem. Have had all my piercings done here, as well as my daughters. Never have had an issue with infection, and the price is pretty affordable. Lived in the Midwest ten years ago and paid more there. If you want a bargain, and an infection, definitely don’t recommend coming here.

I’ve gotten 4 piercings from this place and I’ll never go anywhere else. The piercer Jess is so nice and very professional. Great prices as well!! Highly recommend for anyone looking to get a piercing.

The piercer here is excellent, clean and proffessional. The smoking accessory section is a little pricey but the gift shop always has something cool.

The owners are amazing! So nice and helpful! So many great options to choose from! I had my nose ring changed and going back for another piercing! Its such a great enviroment and experience!

Love this place. If you want a clean and safe place to get your piercing done this is your place. Very clean and gets cleaned right after you are done and before you go into the room.. Staff were very friendly. I got my nose pierced and Jessie was so nice and caring and gentle. My niece also ended up getting a piercing and she was very happy. I already have plans on going back to get more piercings done with Jessie.

This store is just amazing! It's super clean, the staff is hella friendly and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of different products to choose from, not the every day items you see in most stores so it's a breath of fresh air. Loved it and I definitely will be back again soon (hopefully to get a piercing, I'll let you know how that goes)!

I thought this place was great, nice service. I got a piercing done (bellybutton) and the she was super nice and comforting. It took about 3 minutes to do the actual procedure and it looks amazing. I’m on day two and it’s looking good. Fair prices too.

Got my belly button & daith pierced the other day by Jess who seemed very knowledgeable & experienced. She was so gentle with the piercings, & the piercing room was very clean (also zero pain on either the following day). I couldn't be happier with the experience & have already referred a few friends who were looking for a nice piercing place!
