I’ve always had a great experience at pro health Dr. Julia Wells is fantastic.. she’s informative, insightful and has such a lovely bedside manner!

Although the front desk is difficult to get on the phone, I still give Dr Ramadan 5 stars. He is knowledgeable and informative. He is also very helpful, and well tempered. He promotes a healthy lifestyle. I truly cannot recommend him enough.

Happy to say that my first experience here was very different than the negative reviews below. Office/check-in was fine, the assistant and the scheduler for procedures was wonderful (Rachel?) and dr. Ramadan is excellent. Thanks

This rating is for Dr Ryan. He is one of the best doctors I've ever encountered in my (unmentionable) years. The office has the usual problems and it takes a while to get a routine appointment, but if you have a real problem, they come through.

I love Dr Reddy, I feel he checks everything for you and really takes the time he needs to with you. However, I think the office staff is awful. They called me to tell me to increase my dosage to 20. They already increased it 3 months previously. They didn't know because my chart wasn't updated. Wait time to talk to office staff was 35 minutes today. 20 minutes last time. I've been to CVS 4 times trying to get my meds. I've called the office 4 times in regards to it. Nothing solved still waiting. That's the normal too. I'm frustrated to say the least.

I had good experiences with my doctor here for awhile. Now I cannot make an appointment (I called 6x today). I need to see someone, soon- my symptoms are not ones that can wait, nor are many patient's. I also called last month because I very clearly had Covid a second time after being exposed at work. I had tested negative, then positive 3x. I was told I had a cold, and to say home fir a day. It's sad I was more informed of the shortened rei infection time than my physician. I cannot believe I was more informed. (I stayed home until I was well, and tested negative. I would never want to get someone sick, but apparently they are ok either it here.)

I absolutely love Dr Bryant and trust him more than any other Dr I've worked with, but it is next to impossible to call this office and get through. Today I saw a missed call from the office so I tried to call to find out what it was about first 2 tries 20 minutes with no one picking up . Third try someone picked up after 7 minutes and supposedly put me to the person who called only after 20 more minutes on hold I had to hang up. I am at work wasting my companies time in addition to my own. If I gave customer service this poor I would be out of business. Not to mention this has been going on for over a year now.

This is the worst place to go to. Dr doesn’t care neither does staff. You will never hear from them even if you in serious condition. Follow up is not part of their services. Please go somewhere else instead of going here. Save your life

It’s nearly impossible to contact them by phone so today 2/15/24 I’ve was on hold for 28 minutes . Finally they answered I had to explain the situation 3 times. Put back on hold for another 10 minutes finally the call was taken by a nurse who was nice but couldn’t answer the question. She said she would give the Dr a note and they would call my husband back today. I think he needs to find another practice Ever since Dr Lomibao retired service, professionalism has suffered patients are now numbers instead of people. Drs Don’t stick around long enough to get to know their patients. It probably would have been quicker to drive to the office to ask the question. Zero stars

IfnI could give negative 10o stars I would. Long story short nothing absolutely horrible hold times, waiting room times, waiting in exam toom times, rudest staff I have ever met. If I could sue and have them serve lengthy jail time for the LA of ethics, dignity, medical mal practice, pain and suffering, plus what ever else my lawyers could think og I would. I don't need the money despite neibg massively in debt, buy I don't want others ro get this negative level of medical help.

Should be 0 stars. Waited over 1 1/4 hours to speak to someone before I gave up. It has been a week and a half so far trying to get a prescription renewed. Caregivers are great whenever I have been in the office, but almost impossible to contact.

Been a patient of ProHealth physicians since around 2000 I don’t know what has happened to these people. I really didn’t have too much complaining when it was up in Litchfield. Yes you had to wait a little while to get in to see your doctor while there but I put up with it now that they’re in Torrington it is absolutely ridiculous. I call there all the time and I wait 20 minutes or longer just on the phone to make an appointment. I called them last week because I was in so much pain with my neuropathy and waited almost 30 minutes. The nurse told me she would tell my doctor there and she would get back to me well they never got back to me , I was in so much pain that evening. I called my diabetic doctor up nurse practitioner, David Ohotnicky his practice is behind Charlotte Hungerford Hospital He upped my medication for my neuropathy and the results were positive. I am currently looking for a new doctor because I’ve run into so many problems with ProHealth physicians I wanna thank nurse practitioner David Ohotnicky for calling me back in a timely matter and helping me

This medical group has gone completely down hill. They do not care about your health or have any interest in listening to you. They also do not answer the phone. Very troubling.

Pro health has been declining rapidly, why have a primary physician when you can't get in to see them when there's a problem, had to see aprn, didn't have a clue, had to look things up on their phone, asked me how my diabetes numbers were, I DONT HAVE DIABETES, long story short, STAY AWAY !!!

Can I give them zero stars? I like my doctor fine. Saw him for a physical few months ago and we talked about a medication I needed for a certain issue I was dealing with. Needed a blood test first, but got that at the office the same day. Two months later, and I still can't get my doctor on the phone for the prescription. Nightmare. What are they doing over there???
