Buckingham Park

A nice big playground and baseball field. There were plenty of parking available. There's a walking path around the playground and the baseball field. Additional parking near the baseball field as well. The points board on the baseball field says Avon High School. Overall, a great spot to take the kids out to on a nice day; dogs were allowed too.

There use to be porta potties here. Looks like they where removed. Anyone know what happened?

Update: It looks like the porta potties are removed in November and then returned end of March for the people who have potty training kids like myself.

This is really a great playground. However there are a few things that need repair on it I'm not sure who to reach out to to get that done.

This is such a nice clean park. The playground is a good size and has plenty of space for kids to run around. It has stuff to do for all ages. A great plus is that it is fenced in.

The playground is excellent. It is large with a section for younger adventurers. It also has a level track around the playground, so kids who want to practice riding their bicycle or scooter can do so. Parents of kids who may not need their parent observing their play too closely can also walk the track while their kids play. There are picnic tables but no garbage cans, so please plan ahead to carry in and carry out. There is one porta-potty in the parking area.

One of the best playgrounds I've been to with my 1.5 yr old. Lots of slides and tunnels for mom and baby to crawl through. Two play sets one is an enormous gym with rock climbing walls, 20+ different ways to climb up to the main walkways, 6+ different slides, a toddler gym as well for 2 yr olds. There's picnic benches with covers over them for moms to sit at. Lots of benches and places to sit. Lots of different swing options. Plenty of grass area to run and play as well.

Update...still one of the best playgrounds I've ever been to. Well kept and everyone is very friendly, parents and other kids included. My 2.5 yr old loves playing on the smaller playset and is really starting to excel at playing on the larger one too.

This is a great park in a great neighborhood. Come here all the time with the kids I babysit. Easy accessible walking paths, safe environment. NO TRASH CANS so please bring your trash out with you, that’s the only thing, some people don’t respect the property by leaving their trash.

Awesome place to bring your young children. Play scape is among the largest I have been to with multiple things for kids from 2-6 years old. There is a place for parents to sit while (hopefully) keeping an eye on the young ones. There is a portable bathroom in the parking lot, a godsend for ones with young kids. A smooth paved path goes around the perimeter but still in the fenced in yard, making it a great place to learn to ride a bike.

A nice park at a good location.

The park has a nice big parking lot and lots of play area. Tye park has always been clean and never too crowded. A few minutes of waiting here and there is about it.

Lots of families there of all ages for the kids to interact with others and have a good time.

Nice facility in Avon, clean and plenty of boisterous happy kids. We brought our 5-month old granddaughter so she's a little young for playground equipment, but of course she's fascinated by the other kids and they enjoy playing for her amusement. A "tent" covering provides some shade and the ground materials are soft rubber or chips.

Lovely children's play park with thoughtful arrangement of climbing frames, swings, small bycicle track and seating area. Very safe and well maintained. Remember to bring a plastic bag with you as it has no rubbish bin.

One of my favorite Parks in the state, it has an area for younger and older children. Picnic tables under the shade, and a bicycle loop around the playground. Well it does not have any sort of skate park, there are always children playing and kids love it

Very fun place to bring the little one. Lots of activities to do with fun slides and stuff to climb on. Easy as a parent to walk beside the kids as they explore the different jungle gyms.

This is such a fun park to spend time with my family in, we all had a great time here, its very nice!

Great place to bring the kids! It's completely fenced in, and there is something for every age. It's also fully handicap accessible!

I love going there. I live very close by and I go with friends for walks all the time. Very good equipment and a fun place for kids to play.

Great place for kids and a great baseball field!

i was just minding my buissness, using the porta poty when the striucter began to shake. The porta poty was then tipped and i was covered in waste. a group of about 15 children around the age of 7 had tipped me over. I really enjoyed it
