The staff was so helpful and friendly. Every single staff member we came across asked if we needed help with anything. One very nice gentleman also helped us get a case of beer out of the cooler that appeared to be stuck and carried it to the counter for us.

Great selection of wines, IPA/craft beers, and liquor. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Have given me some very good recommendations on good pricee wines. Prices overall seem quite competitive. Always a plus when they have tastings!

Revisit from November 2019. Great deals. A young, informative female helped me with my search of Bibb & Tucker Bourbon and a French Cahor Wine. The French Cahor $10 was a great choice when chilled. The ISAIAS Argentine Malbec was also tasty. Thank you!

Best liquor store around. Always helpful here. They ace have a staff that greets you and offers to help you find the right thing, either beer or wine. Their beer selection is now one of the best around and they have a beer guy who has tasted everything. Go here.

Very helpful and very personable staff. Clean and orgainized, easy to find what you are looking for. If your having troubles someone will always be happy to help you here. Large selection and they have what most other places may not have when you are looking for something specific.

Was looking for Stone Brewing's Double IPA called "Fear.Movie.Lions". Sold out everywhere. Couldn't find it on the floor. Guy looked it up on the computer. Had just come in. Very helpful and lower price than other stores. Thanks M&R!

Their wine selection is well-organized and stocked with both affordable and high-end choices. Their salespeople are knowledgeable and friendly. I will certainly return.

We have five liquor stores within a five minute drive along Rt. 44 (Avon-Canton), but I've gone to M&R for 30 years and while I like to patronize all of the stores on occasion, I return to M&R most regularly because of selection and the advice. Just a personal preference based merely on taste and habit, especially since prices and hours are usually identical, but the feeling is there.

Always helpful and pleasant associates. Feels like a big box store with the variety of product, but is a small store. Becoming a regular. Not sure if that's a good thing or not. Recommend the store.

M&R is a great place to pick from a variety of popular Connecticut-brewed beers. It is a great way to support a number of local breweries with one trip.
