Decided to come here today and do a loop trail. I started where the dog park was and did a complete circle and came across the old abandoned oil barge which was truly amazing. Somebody recently told me where it was and of course I got out and went and looked for it there are a lot of dogs that are off leashed her running around. Spirit different trails that you can go off from the main path which will lead you to the oil factory it is truly amazing and if you are into exploring old and banded places I would definitely recommend checking this place out I definitely give it a 5-star rating it's truly awesome.

Amazing park where dogs are allowed off leash! Open space and beautiful trails. If you take the blue /red trail it will lead you to the pond. There is also another trail near the pond that will bring you around a loop of the pond. Just be careful towards back of pond because it is very slippery and boards are missing in swampy area! Good waterproof hiking boots recommended!

Amazing park for hiking/walking. Dogs allowed off leash. Trail was well maintained as there was zero trash and no overgrowth on the main trail. I wish the trails were labeled better since this was my first time and I got a little lost getting to the pond from the dog park entrance but I was able to figure it out. Have Google take you to the Bristol dog park or directly to the West end of the pond as maps took me to a neighborhood with no parking or trail access. The pond was absolutely beautiful and I saw others fishing and kayaking while my dog jumped right on in. Definitely coming back.

Great scenery and great trails. Watch where you walk as the terrain can be slippery due to the fallen leaves and rocky paths. The paths are marked with a variety of different colors so be weary as to which paths you are on.

This place is amazing! We try to bring our dogs at least once per week. The off leash park offers excellent exercise, and it's really so good for our mental health, too. There are a wide range of trail loops and lengths, with moderate hills. The trails are well-marked and well-kept.

I absolutely love this place is the perfect spot to take your dogs for a walk, everyone is super friendly and MOST people are responsible with their dogs the only downfall is I have 2 little ones and some big dog owners don’t control them. Already have had a couple of incidents where I was able to act fast but not ideal. Please be mindful of that 🙏

I loved the scenery.there is plenty of wildlife to watch while relaxing by the lake. The weather is perfect lately for a stroll along the path. Beautiful place to sit alone and relax not like other places that have broken bottles and young kids screaming and yelling along the paths. I will definitely come back again also bring some friends to enjoy it with.

Nice trail to take the dog and company. Beautiful frozen pond while enjoying a brisk winter walk. I bet the summers are just as enjoyable.

Excellent place to fish before you know you be busy catching 🐟 with two poles. I coming here since I was 15 ars old. I'm 57 now you will not be disappointed.went today for August still catching trout. And bass.September 11 caught 10 bullhead and a 2 lb bass.all my catches are catch and release.today sept 18th 8 bullhead and one nice bass if you think there no fish here your sadly mistaken.great place for my custom rod holders made for this pond.why can't have a fishing tourment here instead of Rockwell park.October 9 two big bas by 8:00am 11 bullhead.what a great morning.leaving to go to Florida vero beach on the indian river to do more great fishing this place has very good to me.it's not rocket science to figure this pond out.good fishing too all that come here either in a boat or bank fishing you not be disappoint.

The "unofficial" dog park of Bristol! Great trails and very dog friendly. Dogs are routinely off-leash, so if you are not comfortable with dogs, I would recommend one of the other parks in Bristol. There are a few sections, but one of my (and my dogs) favorite, is the big field! Tons of dogs off leash, people are dogs are all very friendly.
