New Hartford Self Storage & U-Haul Dealer

I've been renting from New Hartford Self Storage for a few years now and could not be more satisfied. The indoor storage facility is climate controlled and is always clean. Also, the professionals who work there are always pleasant, friendly and helpful. I just recently started renting an additional unit from them because I wouldn't trust any other place with my belongings!

This was a last minute move. They are great to talk with, easy to work with. The faculty is great. It's clean, dolly carts at the door, easy to get to units.

A decent storage provider to fit your needs. I have been using New Hartford Self Storage for about one year so far, no incidence, great manager, Gina, who is super helpful and accommodating with good manners! The storage warehouse is dry and clean and secure. patrons are very respectful to each other minding his/her own business. If you need a storage space, this is the place!

I was having trouble reserving a U-Haul truck online for my specific needs so I sent a message to New Hartford Self Storage. Gina responded first thing in the morning and sorted out my issue in just a few minutes on the phone. Very satisfied

Just rented a 10x20 and was very pleased with the price and facility. Having the loading dock was very helpful when unloading the moving truck so I didn't have to use that narrow ramp that comes off the back. Would recommend this facility to anyone.

I've been using this facility for a few years now. It's clean, dry, all inside an old warehouse type building. There's individual storage units of various sizes, all with easy, roll-up doors. There's a loading dock in back, as well as a drive up ramp, to make access simple for any size vehicle. Access is controlled, to the building, by electronic locks. The one thing I have been unhappy with, was no 24 hour access. Sometimes I can't get there before they close, so that's kind of frustrating. I've considered moving to a different storage company, recently, because of this. I don't live close by, so this makes it somewhat inconvenient for me to get in, when I need to, and can. That's really the only complaint, I have.

The only complain I have is with the business hours...they close earlier then most places. But I suppose that’s why they call it “self storage”. Other then that they have decent prices, friendly customer service and a clean facility!

Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Its very clean. Just a wonderful storage place. It's the best I've been to.
