Took my daughter to get 2 teeth pulled and James Ear tried to save us money by telling us if we come back Thursday he'd pull my daughter's molars and wisdom teeth and she'll be asleep instead of charging us for nitrous for today's visit. We declined just because we wanted him to have a nice steak dinner. lol. Now what dentist tries to save you money? He sure did. Very honest!
My daughter really wanted the molars out because one was bothering her so bad but come to find out he could only pull one and couldn't pull the other without her being under. Came back Thursday to have that last molar and her wisdom teeth pulled and everything went smoothly. Staff was great. The office staff all work great together. Highly recommend.

guys 5 stars because both offices were superstars.Both offices were pleasant and clean and inviting. My experience was great I know people express their treatment sometimes negative I would say go in person to see for yourself because I read some and I started not too but I'm glad I went with my own mine. To get my own first impression making my appointment was nice the consultation was great .Sitting in the chair for the surgery was great. I want to thank all of u guys both practices

When I say I was TERRIFIED.. I truly mean I lost sleep, hardly ate anything and was a wreck leading up to my tooth extraction. I had 1 root canal tooth extracted and prior to extraction, I requested a consultation just to discuss basics seeing on how this is my first and hopefully last one. Day of the procedure I was put to sleep due to high anxiety and the nurses made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Dr. James came in and we all had a quick laugh before I was out like a light. Woke up somehow in my mom's car cause clearly wasn't with it to remember anything before this and was sent home with all my medications. I am healing up very nicely, bleeding stopped within 24 hours. I am on day 3 and already feeling even better. I hardly even have to take Ibuprofen. Thank you Dr. James for being so great at your job that even someone like me can come on the reviews and write a genuine review that hopefully helps someone else! He did a great job and I truly recommend him! 🙂

Extracted 2 teeth from me and the whole process was great honestly.

UPDATE: Went back today for another extraction, and Dr.James and every single employee there is amazing with great bedside manner. Truly a great place, just take their instructions and follow them to a T. Great place. Doc is great. Haven't even taken the first pair of guaze out my mouth yet but had zero complications last time and perfect so far. Great office, great people. Thank you Dr.James & your entire staff! Much love!

Everyone that I met here is super nice and Dr James is great at his job. Quick and easy wisdom tooth removal. I was nervous at first then shocked at how quickly it was over. I also liked the music playing in the room. Thanks again for helping me.

I had a molar removed and the Dr and staff were wonderful and very caring. They are very efficient and if you have any anxiety they will put you at ease right away.

I don’t leave many reviews but I had to as someone who is deathly afraid of the dentis. I had 3 teeth extracted under general. It’s been 3 days. I had minimal pain day 1 and 2, day 3 I have zero pain and mild soreness. I liked that they wouldn’t start without seeing my ride parked! The staff were all great from the lovely receptionist to the assistants who helped calm me as I was so nervous. Dr. James is funny and does great work! I was walked out to my car and All my prescriptions were sent in and ready for me to pick up! Would absolutely recommend!

My dentist referred me to Dr. James for oral surgery. I was very nervous (traumatized as a child of the 70's by previous dentists) I cancelled many times! The dental assistants were fantastic! There was minimal pain the next day, swelling was minimal as well! Which means I wasn't butchered! Thank you Dr. James and staff!!

Great staff and surgeon! Had my wisdom teeth and some impacted molars removed. Had me out in an hour, healing up nicely now! Highly recommend Dr. James!

I was so nervous due to a previous experience at a different dentist office , but what a great experience I had this time from the kindness, and the way I was treated with respect.. Dr. Ean was willing to see me the next day If needed, he has great bedside manner and the women from the office to the all the ones that work with Dr. Ean are wonderful. The best part they are quick I was asleep and in the car before I new it, Thank god I went here and will return if needed.

I am was always terrified of the dentist. Thank goodness for doctor James and my primary dentist for recommending doctor James! He had my cracked tooth out in record time and was very kind. His entire office is pleasant and professional. I highly recommend going to see them if you need an oral surgeon!

All I can say is I am grateful for the service I received. He assisted me with a two teeth that needed an extraction. I walked in kind of angry, cranky and in unbearable pain. Once the procedure was over I left smiling. I’d rather feel slight pain of recovery over an infected throbbing toothache any day. Will recommend to anyone in need of oral surgery. Thank you for everything.

I was referred to Dr Ean from my community dental because I needed dental surgery. This guy & his team was amazing 🤩 after my IV was in a few seconds I was out😴 like ah light 💡. woke up no pain . I was so grateful that it was over no more up all night a toothache is the worse pain on the planet .like a hammer ⚒ banging non stop . Dr. Ean James I truly appreciate you helping me. Thank You ❤🥰

I went many years ago and I also brought my 2 kids to have Dr James pull our wisdom teeth out. He is the best! I need to have another tooth pulled and he is the one that i will be going to see!! I have to travel 45 minutes but it is well worth it!

I accompanied my friend who needs to have 6 teeth pulled. We went last week for 1st consult and even though we had to wait an hour for her first visit there, once she was in back with Dr. James Ean, he explained the procedure she was to have today very thoroughly. We arrived this morning for procedure. The staff and Dr. James were setting her up for procedure when one of the assistants took her sugar test and found it was 516! Dr. James immediately informed my friend that she would NOT be having procedure today due to her sugar level extremely too high. He informed her to immediately follow up with her PCP and to get insulin He informed her that he would not pull her teeth knowing sugar levels too high. Dr. James Ean is a wonderful caring Dr. and his staff is very caring. I can't see anyone giving this Oral practice group any bad review. Thank you Dr. James Ean for caring so much for my friend! Dr Ean James was a referral given to me by our dentist. I was not disappointed. My daughter was in pain so he squeezed her in for emergency wisdom teeth removal the very next day. My daughter is autistic and has sensory issues that all staff worked around. All staff were kind and compassionate and professional. Dr James was kind and compassionate to my daughter. Technology wise I was impressed that the office had the ability to find her veins for an iv the first time. My daughter is usually very hard to put an iv into. CCMC took four failed attempts. Dr James special vein finder machine helped him get her the first time. I was given detailed instructions to follow postoperatively for best results. I had questions and called the office and had my concerns dealt with immediately. We had a wonderful experience getting wisdom teeth removed. Highly recommend.

Soo like many people...dentist and oral surgery is the worst... I have read many reviews on here.. And how can that be true... I just got 3 wisdom teeth removed 6/15... I had a meet and greet the week before. During my meet and greet I did wait about 50 mins after my set appointment time. But stuff happens when you're doing surgery.. But I did forget two main things.and they still took me didn't send me home.. They got me in 1st thing the next week. Which other places were taken up to 6 to 8 weeks for appointments.
So the day of my surgery is had small jitters but the staff and Dr.Ean James kept me smiling. They did have a hard time putting an IV in me but maybe due to the fact I didn't have anything to drink for over 8 hours. But they did the best to keep my calm and not make me feel ashamed I was trying not to freak out. I was out like a light within 2 minutes.. I didn't feel a thing of 3 teeth being pulled and I don't know what happened lol.

They told my "companion" how things were gonna go.. She knew to park in the back of the building.

Today only one side has some pain but that side had the one tooth that was on its side in the jaw
The other side which has 2 teeth that were up doesn't even hurt.

The one thing I was disappointed in was. They didn't save the teeth. I wanted to see them. They could of asked. Bc I didn't know I had to ask them lol i thought it would be automatic thing to save the teeth. .
I highly recommend Dr. James, he made the process as good as it could be
Also he accepts all husky insurance. Which that is 5 stars there!!!

The staff here is very welcoming and friendly. Had to have a tooth pulled today. My regular dentist wanted me to wait almost 2 weeks. Dr James got me in today. Very polite and nice. Numbed the area didn't feel a thing. Thanks Dr James and staff.

Had to wait a few weeks to give an accurate review.
Had a wisdom tooth removed in less than 5 minutes. It took more time for my mouth to be numb than to remove the tooth.
Staff is amazing!
Doc is attentive and patient
Its busy in there, but they have a t.v
The next day my gums didnt hurt, no swelling, only pain was from the needle.
Wont go anywhere else.

DR Ean James has helped me so much! The most professional and trusted! I have been to many different dentists before and have some horrible experiences, so finding Dr. Ean James and his amazing staff has been such a blessing to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone. If you are nervous about getting treatment done, you don't have to be when you go to his office. Everyone is so friendly, down to earth, and extremely professional.
