Amie Chasse - State Farm Insurance Agent

State Farm was absolutely amazing!!!! especially my agent Jessica Brown!!!! On The first of the year the company I’ve been with for over five years jacked all my policies up so that I would’ve been paying over $650 a month for hone and auto insurance!!!! I did a bunch of research and State Farm had the best prices. They ended up cutting my policies in half. So now I’m paying just over 350 for both Home and Auto. Jessica has been absolutely amazing, she is extremely knowledgeable and understanding she has gone above and beyond for me, especially with the homeowners insurance she was a great advocate between me and the Homeowner company Anytime I call with a question or concern or something I Don’t understand she Always polite nice and willing to help in. Anyway, she can. I look forward to many years with State Farm and Jessica.💯💯💯

My experience with Crystal was very good. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with me understanding what I was signing up for. She was very patient and gave information on all available services I was able to compare and make a decision if it was best for my situation. I just decided to go with State Farm for our auto policy. I went to Amie Chasse State Farm. We have 5 cars on our policy so I had to call for a quote. When I called I got Chelsea. I was impressed from the get go. She was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and fun in general. When she said she was going to do something, she followed through. The price was so much better than our previous provider also. I decided I wanted to go to the local location here in Torrington which is also where Chelsea works from. There was no doubt in my mind that I was moving my auto insurance here. Every aspect of the change has been positive. Thank you Chelsea! You are awesome.
