We were told this would be a good place to have lunch and it was a good choice. There were three of us and two had the excellent soup and each had a locally brewed ice tea. I had a turkey sandwich on ciabatta bread and it was also very good. This was an “order at the counter” place and our order taker was very good and more than helpful. The food was delivered with little waiting by us. A great place for anyone looking to score a good lunch.

Stopped in for a quick to-go iced chai. Drink was delicious & service was quick, efficient & friendly. Atmosphere was super cozy. Will definitely be returning next time I’m in the area!

I finally popped in to Brinx. Alll I can say is that it's totally unexpected awesomeness for Torrington. The coffee and lattes are terrific and the scones were fresh and delicious. It's an incredibly charming little place that one would expect to find in the West Village in New York City. What a wonderful discovery. The owner Julian is great and the barista was super friendly! We live in Colebrook and this will be definitely be our new spot.

I stopped in here one afternoon & was so pleased. Quaint little spot for breakfast. They close in the late afternoon & open back up in the evening for cocktails (which I must still try). Such friendly staff.

Brinx is the breakfast bomb, baby! Nate's Special is a bagel baked by Ami, and then egg, bacon and cheese are lovingly added. Wash it down with a chai latte and lean back as you slip into semi-consciousness. God gave him the ingredients, but bless Nate for putting them all together like this.

Recommended by a friend to try a latte here. Brinx did not disappoint! I ordered an iced French toast latte and it was fabulous. The gentleman behind the counter was so nice and welcoming. The snacks were just as great. Ami’s bagels never disappoint, the Britts Brand scone was delicious along with the chocolate chip banana bread! There was seating inside and out right on Main Street. I parked on the road of Water street and walked over. Highly recommend the next time you’re nearby!

Another fantastic place to eat in Torrington, I used to pass by this place and wonder what it's like. It's decorated tastefully, the food tasted great and the staff seem nice.

Stopped in for the first time. Had a delicious piece of quiche and an iced latte. Really yummy. The staff was very friendly. Loved it!

Absolutely love brinx for breakfast. I work nearby and it is hands down the best around. They have a small but cozy feel. My latte was beyond amazing. I can't wait to get another! My biggest recommendation would be to add more milk options and have a more accessible menu online. But the quality far surpasses these minor inconveniences.

We are exploring more of my BFs hometown and HOLY SHEE this place is incredible. I got the turkey prove sandwich and I swear that was the best meal I've had this week. SO good and totally worth every penny. BF says the coffee is excellent and true to taste. You gotta go here.

This place is well put together. Drinks are great, service is professional and warm. We will definitely be back.

Went in expecting, well, not sure what I was expecting... Staff was great, funny, and helped me decide on an order. Got a great chia, little on the smaller side of medium, but still enough, with a similarly small price, which was nice. Also, got a breakfast sandwich. Interesting combinations on the sandwiches, they do have a classic breakfast but I went with Nate's, a cinnaraison bagel BEC with chipotle mayo, again an interesting combo, might try something different if had to choose but definitely not bad. This place also functions as a bar but later in the day, would love to experience that.
