Burger King

tonight was easily the best meal i've had here at this location, whoever worked on that squad hooked it up for our small whopper meals for 2, will return

I love my Whoppers. The crew is very friendly, the restaurant is always clean. Bathrooms are well maintained. it's really nice they have some small little tables so if you had to have a small meeting similar to a Starbucks you can they have Wi-Fi that is free and you can watch television including the local news. If you have never had Burger King, this restaurant is a great example of what you should expect during your Burger King experience.

It's a Burger King, fast food served quickly. Impossible Whopper satisfies my appetite for a burger.

We went through the drive-thru, and they were nice enough to give us a good amount of sauce for our order. The service was quick, and the order was exactly the way we wanted it.

This is an employee we need different clothes and colors we are in all black in the summer and expected to also wear cotton clothes we should be able to get tang tops and shorts their are people that are close to fainting because of the heat and we need a whole new store a lot of things are broken or Breaking and we are so understaffed it not funny

Louis was so polite and nice . My father and I went through the drive thru and he was very prompt when taking our order . He gave exceptional customer service and has a great disposition overall .

I went through drive thru and the service was amazing. Usually you feel rushed and may forget something you wanted to order but they took their time no rush read back my order and everything was hot and correct.

Stopped at Burger King in Torrington after an evening of shopping. My wife had the old favorite Whopper, while I tried the Big King meal. We both were pleased with our choices. My Big King was extraordinarily well out together: juicy patties with crisp bacon on top. I couldn't have asked for a better tasting burger!!

We also noticed that the fries had greatly improved from the last time we had Burger King. So much so that they may be out favorite fast food fries now!

The attendant in the drive through and at pickup was exceptionally nice and made the experience one that I would repeat without hesitation.

Friendly staff, seems pretty clean, food was VERY hot so you know it was fresh. I just wish it was open for 24 hours because I don't get out of work until 11pm most nights and it's usually closed by then. Which SUCKS because I would rather go here than the McDonald's. Anyways, my favorite thing to order is the spicy chicken sandwich. So freaking good!

I will def return to this burger King the food was hott and not sloppy and the lettuce was fresh not brown, also the buns were not stale either, and the frech fries were so good I couldn't stop eating them. The customer service was awesome, nice, friendly, polite.. unlike the cromwell, CT store where the food is sloppy, brown lettuce old chicken sandwiches and the employees are absolutely horrible or don't speak English at all.. so for the comparison I will return to this burger King most definitely!!!!

Took two new kids for the first time ever and they enjoyed it very much. This location is busy but still everything was quick.

A different spin from other fast food restaurants. Burger King has big juicy burgers, chicken sandwiches as well numerous other options. Their dollar menu is decent and their breakfast menu is small but tasty. Fast service, employees ready to serve.

Great breakfast sandwich - crois hec, very good coffee, and hash browns. I haven't been to BK for breakfast in many years. I was surprised at how good EVERYTHING was at a really low price. Going to make it a weekly event.

I got to burger king and ratings popped up... I almost left but I said let me see for myself... Service was quick... The lady at the window was super nice asked if I needed ketchup ...no one really asked me that before... And the food was as delicious as burger king food could be... Loved it... Not sure why the bad reviews...

It's Burger King, not much for fast food, but they've always been pretty good and burgers are grilled. Won't go to the other place for a burger fried on a flat top. Actually, I would take a Burger King burger before a lot of restaurants with flat top grills.

My boys love eating at Burger King, they really like the burgers much better than the other place in town. We've never had a real problem and it's been fast efficient service.
