I love this place. Great Dominican food and great service. My order is always on point and as a hispanic person the taste and seasoning is authentic 👌. On the weekends this is my go to place.

Wonderful place. Our waitress was incredibly helpful, letting us make changes to dishes or drink specials. All drink mixes made by hand, no premade sugary mixers. Lots of choices, both traditional dishes and more American options. Off the beat and paths, overall a nice place with good music and great food. They also have food to go.

The food is absolutely the best...large portions and very reasonable prices. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful.

This is the best Hispanic food in CT! For many years, I had been looking for a place that makes Hispanic food the way it is cooked here, and I found it here!! It is absolutely delicious!!

Loved the atmosphere and the food is great! Affordable and large servings. They ran out of rice so we waited for nearly an hour. But really enjoyed our visit. We will definitely be going back, soon! Enjoy 😁

Sol Café is a hidden gem in Torrington. The staff is friendly, the food is really good, and the ambiance is welcoming. This is my go to spot.

Excellent food and amazing service. A little out of the way and definitely "hole in the wall" vibes.

I'm not going to lie, due to the energy & not welcoming, dry attitude of the waitress I truly thought the food was going to be bad and that it was going to be a bad service BUT TOTALLY THE OPPOSITE THE FOOD WAS GREAT, FRESH, DELICIOUS, GOOD AMOUNT, AND GOOD PRICE. Every dish was outstanding, it's a golden nugget in Torrington they just need a waitress staff that actually likes to serve.

Love to come and eat at this restaurant. The food takes me back to my country with every bite. Can't have enoughof it, so I go everyweek. The staff is always pleasant and friendly.

Food is always excellent whether you eat in or get it to go. We like the Rice & Beans, Chicken Chunks, and Turn Overs, Beef, chicken, cheese or my favorite Pernil
( pork shoulder). Everything is made fresh.
The Staff is always very friendly. There is seating to dine in. Highly recommend them !

Best Spanish food in the area. Some fool up here in the reviews says the burgers are bad though... So avoid those... But who tf gets a burger from a Spanish joint

If there's another place around here with food like this, I don't know of it. Usually I get the Cuban sandwich, and that's always good. We tried all of the empanadas (they have a different name for it bit basically they're empanadas) and they were all good. I've only ever had friendly service. I've only been in the afternoon when it's kind of slow, so I don't know what the dinner rush is like. This place is a gem.

Everything is always very nice at the restaurant. It's got a quiet nice feel to it, the food always smells delicious and tastes even better. I love picking up food from them because they're always very polite and always have the food ready extremely quickly.

Great food! Pleasant service. Only knock which I wouldn’t take a star off for is that the last few times I’ve been there the credit card system is down according to a sign they have out. Highly recommend though

Amazing. Food is great. Best fish sandwich I've had. Cheese turnovers are amazing. Would fully recommend for authentic Latin cuisine!!
