Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I was helped immediately and the purchase was quick. I chose S-W over a box store because of service and quality. There is a huge difference in paint, you get what you pay for. More pigment, better ingredients ie coverage and consistency, 1 coat vs 2 or more coats.

Being able to shop and be professionally and warmly treated in this stand-alone Sherwin-Williams store was a breath of fresh air! The paint costs the same as in the box stores (with excellent color selection and quality), but is worth so much more in the ease of shopping access, friendly, knowledgeable and individualized attention, few distractions and a quick in-and-out. No question that I will use them again for my next painting project!

Chris was very detailed and explained things in a non-rush manner. Chris is very knowledgeable. I would certainly come back to this store. He even took the paint out to our car in the rain. I wasn't expecting him to do that. Very kind gentleman.

We walked into the Torrington Sherwin Williams to buy paint to do our deck. Chris was very helpful and took the time to explain and show us the color pallets. The staff was extremely helpful but not pushy. I have already returned for my first gallon of ceiling white paint. Next I will return for flat wall paint and some paint for the woodwork. I will need some help there thinking I need a semi-gloss or satin. Is there a difference. I know I can get help here and not attitude.

I go in there and they know me by name! Everyone there is always helpful and they know the answers to all of my random questions. I have a Sherwin Williams that is closer to my home, but I prefer the Torrington store because of how at home I feel there!
