Well managed, employees do a great job and seem happy.

Good food and people except for the heavyset girl who works drive through taking orders. She is constantly rude to her customers and whoever hands out the food, I dont think she is a manager but she acts like one while she is screaming in front of customers. I had one of the managers in a purple shirt talk to me after I witnessed her pushing people out of the way and yelling and she said that she would report it. I have been going here for years and havent said anything about it, but whenever I had to encounter her, she always caused an issue whether with missing food, incorrect drinks, or unprofessional behavior with her coworkers.

This facility is amazing. I gotta give credit to one manager that stuck up for the workers and the restaurant. Her name is Pam. She is a current manager at Wendy’s and I can say that my heart goes out to her. She’s always there when you need her. I hope she gets A MEGA raise. She puts up with so much from so many people. No to say she stands up for her staff. Talks to them and gets to know them. I’m more than honored to have her as a manager. And the knowledge and opportunity that came with it.
That being said this is no personal review! Everytime I visit Wendy’s it’s always good. The Fries have been a little salty but that’s no biggie!!!
I will always come back to this place. The people are always extremely nice and the staff always working 24/7 shout out to them and thank you for the service u provide every day.

Went in last night with my brother to try to avoid a backed-up drive-thru, only to find that inside, it was just as busy due to a malfunction with the computer. The manager (Michael?) was able to humor the waiting guests in the front while managing an obviously understaffed team without batting an eye. We mostly just went to use up a coupon, but I’d go back just for the service. Give them all a raise, but a shout out to an especially adept manager for holding down the fort!

Yea it's it's little more expensive than the other typical fast restaurants but you cant go wrong with Wendys. I do like this Wendy's on top of the hill and they always have friendly staff especially at night, I always love the weekend night crew there always full of energy and always get my food right. Keep up the good work everybody and shout out to the managers to.

Service with a smile! After a long day seeing patients, I was glad to have stopped by to get a little energy for the drive home. The manager needs to know that whoever was working the night shift on 3-16-2022 at this location, let me just say they were amazing! From the moment I placed my order at the drive-thru, to the gentleman at the first window, and the two young ladies who handed me my food and drink at the second window, I was in awe! My food was 🗣ON POINT, my order was correct with all the right items requested, and service was a delight! 😏 I almost drove back around for a frosty! Lol 😄 THANK YOU and Keep up the great work!!

Great fast food, for reasonable prices. It's always clean, and the employees are very pleasant.
UPDATE: They're keeping everything clean. The food is hot, fresh and delicious.
I've used the drive thru a lot lately, just because it's been easier. I have no complaints about that service either.
I'd still highly recommend it.

First time at this Wendy's. Store was clean and I believe it was the manager who waited on me - Terrie is listed as host on the receipt - and I just want to say she was fabulous. Really energetic and cool and since I came here after a HELLISH DAY, it was very welcome.

haven't been at a Wendy's in years but we saw the ad for the strawberry frosty and decided to stop. The service was quick and the frosty was yummy. Also got the fries...super HOT and so good!

This is definitely worth a visit. This location is definitely becoming a top place on my list. I haven't been inside as I use their drive thru but am very pleased with the 4 or 5 times I have visited. The line always moves swiftly compared to most fast food drive thru places.
The food is always tasty, hot and well received. I have never had a mistake with my order. My favorite is their $5 Biggie bag. All that food (double bacon burger, fries, 4 piece chicken nuggets and a drink) for $5! Can't go wrong there!
And finally their customer service at this Dibble St location is above and beyond what you get at any other location of any fast food drive thru. The lady that took my order was so friendly and upbeat. The cashier taking my payment also friendly. And finally the lady that handed me my order had a pleasant smile thanking me for visiting.
Yeah I will definitely be back again and again.

I purchased a 4 for $4.44, I chose the JR. Bacon Cheeseburger along with the nuggets, fries and drink... I even chose to upgrade to a large! I rarely do this, because quite frankly... The fries tend to be BLAH... However!! Despite it being pretty late at night, the fries tasted so fresh!! My burger, 🤤🤤🤤 OMG! It was fresh too! The lettuce and tomato on it, perfection. I've never had such a delicious burger from a fast food place! The fries, I always love Wendy's fries, but they're so much better FRESH! If you can make it to this location, do it! Avoid the one on Thomaston Ave, make the drive here!!

Wendy's here in Torrington is the best. They do have the best french fries 🍟 and the people that work there are super nice. The line in the drive thru is always smooth and moving along. Never waited more than a few minutes to get my food. They are great!!❤

Very fast compared to other Wendy's I've been too. Very quick for details when asking about orders. Friendly staff and they even gave me extra sauces with out charge.

Consistently great service and food quality. I don't personally like their burgers, I'm rather picky. They have awesome fries called baconator fries. If you love bacon, fries, and melted cheddar drizzled on top, you need to try them. I go here just for them, and it's well worth the drive. Not to mention you are benefiting the adoption of children, and all anyone needs is love. <3

Great food and for the size of the parking lot it was rather quick through the drivethru. Wonderful workers and the food tastes as fresh as they always are. I worked at a Wendy's and out all restaurants I've worked at i still love their food.

I love Wendy's. I wish we had one in my area. This one had the usual great burgers I expect, and excellent service.

Tried the new Strawberry Frosty today. It was very good. I like it better than chocolate. Also ordered fries and there were very hot and good too!

Wendy's always has the best food. the quality and taste is so unlike your typical 'fast food'. idk why. maybe it's fresher. but the food is great. little pricey depending on what you get, but its most definitely worth it.

It's the people that work there! They are very personable, polite and helpful! Food is prepared very well and always given with a smile! I Always Enjoy My Experience With The Wendy's Crew and Leave With A Good Meal 😊

Wendy's is a different type of fast food restaurant. In addition to burgers and fries they sell delicious salads. The salads come in two sizes, the larger size will fill you up! Torrington Wendy's does have a few tables for eating in or you can take out your meal. The staff are friendly and helpful and the dining area clean and bright. For some different fast food choices try Wendy's!
