Taco Bell

I stopped in to grab my usual - Bean burrito. My burrito was hot and made properly. I have stopped in here several times, and it has always been good & the staff is nice. Yesenia did a great job. It does get busy here, but they seem to keep the drive thru moving along. Actually, every time I'm in the area for work, I make it a point to stop here for a quick bean burrito.

I went there couple of times for drive through, both the times they were late for some technical reasons. They always try to make it up.
Apart from it food always seems freshly made and staff is friendly too

Its fast food, service can be slow at times and they have run out of food before. But its not bad, so if you need Taco Bell, go here.

On December 14 I ate at this Taco Bell. I was impressed at how clean the store was. The employees were all friendly and courteous. The food was hot and fresh. The Manager was gracious and complimented her staff for doing a good job. Employees need to hear that. Thank you for making a great dining experience. Love Taco Bell. 😊😊😊

Cheap no meet paid for two steak and two children burritos. No meat what did I pay for. Also cold , why do I pay my hard worked money for. No beef In my wife's beef supreme. My friend s the same I spent 41.86 worst money spend

This place has got their mojo back! I use the app and I put the order in before I leave to go here. It is ALWAYS ready when I arrive. The employees are kind, accommodating, and attentive.

Also, don't get on a drive thru you're not prepared to commit to, there is no way out of it. If the drive thru line is long, obviously it's because people keep coming.

This is the best taco bell I've eaten from! Food is fresh and hot, no issue with long waits at lunch time.

I Love Taco Bell, however this location absolutely does not know what they are doing, the drive through line just does not move. Multiple times have been over half hour wait for seemingly no reason. The people at the window say regularly that they had large orders to do. I dont buy it. Drive through should have no delays. corporate needs to get control of this place, and fast.

This is the ONLY Taco Bell in a fairly large area (Waterbury, Thomaston, Bristol and Torrington) that is actually open and fully operational after midnight. Every single other location I've gone to, they close everything down early so they can leave at exactly 1pm. This location has nothing of limits as far as food goes, despite getting there at exactly 12:30AM. We ordered a lot of good simply because we hadn't eaten since significantly earlier that day... Oh and because we could!

The staff was super friendly! I honestly was shocked at how nice the young ladies working were, despite it being close to time for them to leave they didn't give us a hard time about what we ordered or anything else.

From now on, I intend to utilize only THIS specific Taco Bell.

The pace was nicer than other Taco Bells. But from the time I placed my order and finally got it, it was 42 minutes. Poor poor serivce

It's Taco Bell, either you like it or you don't. The place is clean, the people here are nice, very accessible location and service is fairly quick, depends on busy hours or not. Personal favorite as I simply love the food here, it's comfort food!

Edit: Still great, though expect longer wait times than pre-covid. It's not their fault, people aren't getting paid enough these days, and they have to deal with rude customers. Be good to them!

The food was good but I waited in line for an hour just to place my order in the drive thru. Then waited longer to pick up my food. No apologies and rude service. I will let it go I understand that they were busy. But I wasn't happy at all.

Absolutely love the late night craving for nachos and this is my go too for that!! Its sad how long their drive thru line can be at certain times if the day. All the employees seem to enjoy their jobs it's too bad they always seem under staff even when it's not rush hour for them!

I had an issue with my order, and the manager did not hesitate to make it right. I should have taken a picture, because both items were made perfectly and were delicious (for Taco Bell Standards)

This is the finest Mexican dining ever created by man. The atmosphere was eloquent and perfect for an impressionable date night. From the neon hue greeting your arrival to the gorgeously presented tissue wrapped cuisine displayed on a robust polymer platter you won't be disappointed in this five star experience...Take your significant other here and you'll be in good graces for the foreseeable future. With an estimated 10's of customers flowing into this establishment every night planning ahead will be rewarded. By calling in advance to secure a reservation you'll have the best experience in one of the window booths. Corner booths are divine and are rare unicorns at typically two per franchise location.

By far the most authentic Mexican cuisine experience of my entire life. The 5 layer burrito of to die for. The Cinnabon bites? I mean come on!?!?! That was like walking down the street in a Oaxaca barrio. Just like your abuela used to make.

Was very busy, but I decided to wait anyway. The staff was all very efficient and curtious given the obvious chaotic situation. Im glad that I decided to stay and wait. My food was repaired exactly how I asked for it and tasted great. The taco Bell on East main Street in Torrington will always have my business!!!

Update 10 years later. The only thing lit is the hour long wait for the drive through

New Manger for night not to nice now the line is slower then ever and honstly I enjoyed going to this one I could wait a little longer and look at the menu incase I wanted to try soemthing eles but now you have ti sit out frunt and wait and people who came after you get there food befor you thanks

Everyone loves taco bell! Food was on point, special order with no cheese was correct, and they added extra diablo sauce. Thanks!
