When you walk in to A&R you will see their counter displays an assortment of heartfelt thank you cards/notes. While at first you may be surprised that an auto body shop engenders such such appreciation and admiration, by the end you will probably want to write one yourself. Came here when referred by RJ at Litchfield Filling Station when my car was backed into. Having never processed an insurance claim before, let alone using a stranger's insurance, I had no idea what to do. Nicole handled the entire thing for me, setting up the claim with the person's insurance, arranging the appraiser, getting me my rental car, and of course fixing my car to be good as new. The process that had seemed intimidating could not have been easier, to the point where I said exactly that with surprise to all of my friends and family who asked about it. Highly recommend - and thank you!!

If all the people who should go to A & R for auto body repair go there, they will need the biggest building in town and a tripling of their incredible staff. So please, this place is only for folks who want the most friendliest, considerate, understanding, reasonably priced and professional service available. The auto insurance companies love this place, they do not want to fight with you and lose your business. They know you are in good hands. You feel like like a number ? Go to A & R, you will feel like a somebody. When you get your vehicle back you will feel like a King (or Queen). -

Just want to tell everyone from front office to finished product just how pleased I am with the totally impeccable job on my truck..It took a while to set in because I have been besides myself since this happened to by brand new truck...the color ..texture..and detail blows me away..there is none better than you guys..Told me wife I was selling truck if not happy with it...Keeping it!!!!!!
