Will like to post an Update, Northwest Hills responded in professional and timely manner. Had to visit the office again and was treated as it should and they follow up as well. This makes Parents and sick kids feel better. Doctor spend time to diagnose. Please keep up the best work. Thank you.

We have been using this Medical Facility for over 17 years, Dr. Kavle & Dr. Grogean are very good, However, Staft is -0 Super Slow to react, just talking and giggles, and even the PA sucks as well. The staff told me over the phone to get in the car and come down to the office, when I came down at 9 am, 9:20 I got a message I got an appointment at 10:40, and I was checked in already at 9.10, My Insurance said $25 for a visit front office insisted I have to pay $75 because of the high deductible, High Deductible kicks in when someone gets admitted to the Hospital. Stop ripping off people. 9:20 was checked in the room, now the wait starts, 11:15 PA showed up, 11:35 conducted Covid test, I left my wife she took over because I had another appointment at 12. She said 12pm staff told her he has COVID-19, and closed the door 12:30 my wife opened the door and said are we set to go home, PA said oh my God, I am Sorry yes... Now Middle school kid with positive on COVID-19, NO information for school, No information or precautions of any kind. What a Healthcare facility for kids worse than ever. I am letting Both doctors, I like you guys, but your staff making to look for another facility for my child, you guys have to work and fix your office, staff, etc. You know who am I you know my kids. Use to be really good. Will not recommend it to anyone till you guys fix this. Help people don't just make Policies to make Money. I am sorry this is the truth...

I really love being able to feel comfortable enough to ask questions with the providers in the Torrington location! Also just speaking to any receptionist as someone who is also in healthcare, they are nothing but delightful and helpful and their online systems make life easier to fill out traditional paperwork.

I have only been in Torrington for a very short time. In this short time the staff was friendly and very thorough with exams, and because of that, they saved my son's life.

I have to let everyone know how amazing this office is !!! They spend all the time you need with them they have answered all my questions there very thorough, my kids feel very comfortable with the staff at this office . I recommend everyone to bring your family to this office .. you will be treated with kindness and proffessionalism with amazing bedside manner....

Ally Weir is a thoughtful and compassionate provider. She listens to all concerns shared with her, provides detailed (but understandable) explanations, and engages with both the child and parents. I highly recommend Ally and NW Hills Peds.
