Khobe was fantastic to work with! He might need a bit of help in the store as he was having to juggle myself and some other customers at the front. He was very helpful in breaking down my monthly cost and trying to get me the best deal.

I came in a few days ago in regards to a couple issues I was having with setting up a new account. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by one of the most patient reps I’ve ever worked with Beck. She was easygoing, beyond understanding of my situation and was certain to get me walking out with a working phone and a smile on my face. And sure enough she was able to provide all the help and more. I will definitely be back!! If only there was an option for a sixth star

Another excellent experience with TMobile. My Zflip phone, that I love, has been using a lot of battery power. I was afraid I needed a new battery, but Beck made a few adjustments and I'm good to go!

The store manager Chris was incredible! I was on the phone with customer care for 4 HOURS, he fixed my issue in no lie 5 to 6 minutes! He was extremely kind and friendly as well! He is just the sweetest man and extremely knowledgeable. Telling everyone to make the switch thanks to him.

I find PRP fascinating. Unable to barely walk anymore Dr. Turok went above and beyond to help me. After my second PRP I came home and later that evening I had more strength in my leg and the next day I was walking better. My back pain felt better. Dr.Turok has so much knowledge and compassion. I can finally see some light at the end of the tunnel.

I went in today to have my account closed and the associates were awesome to deal with! I walked out a happy customer 😊

Melvin at T-Mobile in Torrington, CT is the most attentive and knowledgable employee I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We encountered some difficulties while switching carriers and transitioning data between phones, but he was willing to stay after closing to make ensure we were able to leave with working new phones. Moreover, he was able to give us an amazing deal as an associate manager. I truly cannot thank him enough and if I could I would give this location 100/5 stars. Melvin has a great work ethic, strong charisma, and is incredibly knowledgable. There are no amount of words to express my gratitude for him. If you are looking to switch or are a current T-Mobile customer, I would highly recommend coming to this location! You have to experience it for yourself!

The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. I was surprised how fast our cell phones were set up even though the store was busy.
I also liked that the staff, although very busy, would keep an ear to the other staff in order to help with problems.

If I could I would give them many more stars . Nick and Elijah were so helpful , professional absolutely awesome ! I was a 10 year Verizon customer now a permanent Sprint customer . Nick acknowledged waiting customers while taking care of my transaction which was the way it should be . Nick and Elijah are total assets to the store and represented Sprint and customer service perfectly . After a very frustrating 80 minutes on the phone with customer service powering my phone off and on multiple times, trying this and trying that only to get disconnected , I walked into the store with 2 phones unable to make or receive calls. Jesse had me in and out there will both phones working in literally less than 5 minutes. Saved you a customer!
