The food is extremely fresh. They make the pasta and pizza in house and the food is never frozen.

Kitchen is very clean.

Family owned!

Definitely a must go for both dine in and takeout!

Love this place! Ambiance is great from feal, look, and sounds. The food was outstanding, just remember profection takes time. Staff was great even though they where close to mid closing time.

Such a good pizza for such a small town. Why didn’t we find this place earlier??? It so hard to find a mix of thin crust and delicious toppings! We came here for a lunch time and ordered one 16” PIZZA CON FUNGHI MISTI (with mushrooms) and one 12” PIZZA POMODORO. It was enough for three adults. Also we enjoyed their bread-sticks with sauce (I’m not sure if I call them correctly) which we received before we made an order.
Staff is friendly, they took our order and bring the food very fast, but we didn’t see other customers besides us..
Moreover, interior is cozy and exquisite and outdoor patio is also very cute and spacious. Love everything about this place.

Great Pizza!. Light and very flavorful . The owners daughter was our waitress and she was very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this place for the pizza and muscles . We didn't have a meal so I can't speak for that.

Delicious thin crust pizza - have ordered the Al Compare many times and it's consistently delicious! Switched things up a bit recently, went for dinner; service was excellent and the salmon special with mashed potatoes and lemon cream sauce was fabulous! Ice cream for dessert sounds ordinary but actually the flavors they offered were so unique that our entire party ordered and the flavors did not disappoint. Suggestion: place a small plate under the ice cream dish so that the diner has a place to rest their spoon.

Finally, an Italian restaurant that makes the pasta fresh, in-house! Everything is so delicious and fresh. Beat restaurant in Southbury.

There are just no words to describe how fantastic and fabulous this restaurant is! Everything was above and beyond expectations. The pizzas,calamari,and brushetta was delicious. The service was excellent. Please folks,you need to try this place and see how great it is. I highly recommend it.

Highly recommended. My favorite pasta dish of all time. Huge portions. Their pizza is great as an appetizer or entree. I suggest EVERYTHING on the menu !!

Excellent pizzas with interesting variety. Not greasy at all and not doughy. Crust is thin and not cracker-like. Service is excellent. Karen is an outstanding hostess. Fresh wood fired aroma.

I can not recommend Julio’s enough! We stopped in to see if they would host a party after my mom’s funeral. We spoke to the owner, Brian. He and his staff were so accommodating. They basically said whatever we wanted they would do. They opened up early just for our lunch. We could not confirm a head count since it was following a funeral but that seemed to be a non-issue. The food was excellent. They kept the buffet trays full for our guest to go back for second helpings. Excellent excellent excellent! Thank you Brian and Julio’s!

I was driving form NYC to Boston and we wanted to stop and take a break from tragic and have some quick meal but no fast food. Found this place through Google and didn't regret the pizza was amazing. The outside patio is cozy and comfortable. inside looked really nice as well. The prices are not bad at all.the stuff members are very nice

Warm friendly atmosphere. Food is wonderful. I enjoy eating in the bar area. You can sit at the bar or dine at four intimate tables for 2.
