Old Country Store Deli

Visiting from MD for a family reunion here in Connecticut. Lots of Deli shops to choose from in this area, decided to choose a smaller local shop for lunch. Cold cut ham sandwich, and Philly steak sub were delicious!!! Also tried the raspberry crumb cake they had, SO good! Will definitely come back next year! 5/5 stars. Prices are fair, 8-9.00 for a Grinder. Baked goods are 2.99. And costumer service is off the charts. Such sweet people!

The sister to Southbury Deli GS stop. Wonderful staff. Pickup food for long trips. Then you have what you want for a great price. Turnpike food is a expensive trap.

New owners improved this location by 10 fold while still keeping the historic look intact. Very clean. Coffee tastes fresh every day meaning these people actually wash their machines unlike mobile 14.

Nicely renovated convenience store and deli. No inside seating as of yet, but there are three picnic tables in front of the store by the parking lot. About 12 parking spots altogether. Excellent food at a great price. $17 for two grinders and two sodas. Would visit again if in the area.

Very clean. Excellent! Sandwiches and a wide variety of items you would find at a "quick stop".

Very friendly, welcoming service and a wide selection of goods for purchase. We went to get breakfast sandwiches which were made fresh, but they also had a lot of packaged goods for sale as well as tools, dog food, auto supplies, drinks, and I even think I saw an ATM in the back corner.

I love this place. The staff are awesome. The food is reasonably priced, and delicious. I go there for breakfast almost every morning.

I love the South Britain Country Store in Southbury, CT. The staff provides great service and a large variety of products. Fresh coffee, cappuccino, ice cream and even Italian Ice.

Great breakfast sandwiches and chicken cutlet at a great value. I would recommend calling ahead as you may end up waiting 5-10mins.

This store is under new ownership and it is extremely well-run, clean, excellent in every way. Great food and great coffee.
