The store was fully staffed!!!! and staff was polite and interested in customer's needs. It has been years since shopping at the store was a pleasant experience. Very much looking forward to going back this weekend.

I decided to start my Christmas early. I went to a store to look around and get my blood flowing. Then I stopped in macys just to look and I was amazed. Everyone has early black Friday deals, macys included! I bought 2 sweaters for two 2 people, that I liked. When I went to the cashier, she was very nice and gave me two nice boxes for them. Ask for them nicely. On the way out I seen something else to revisit next week..don't be turned off by things that seem extravagant. If you have an idea take care of that first, then look around. It was a great shopping experience for me! Happy shopping!

Found the perfect Homecoming dress for my daughter who's a Junior in high school. So many different options and the staff were amazing!! I even got a sale price that I didn't know was there!

Backstage at Macy's is AMAZING... Especially if you have children and want them dressed amazingly but don't want to blow a ton of money. I bought my daughters each matching dresses for Easter, they came with adorable pink jean jackets. They were only $12.99 each. Then I found two sets of Limited Too leggings (3 pack) with a matching headband in each of my daughters sizes! (One is a 10 the other is a 12!) They were $9.99 for each 3 pack!) Intending to let them wear a pair of of leggings under the dress if its still cold come time! Also bought them each a pair of cute shoes, one was $7.99 the other was $14.99. 😊😊

Loved everything. I did find a couple pairs of shoes which I adored myself... I just didn't grab them as I was focused on the kids! My husband did surprise me with the earrings pictured!!

When to grab a new fragrance and bought 3 new flavors ❤🥰

I shop here quite often , and every time i shop in the fragrance section im greeted nicely and they are very helpful and sweet! My favorite macys location of all!

Macy's has been doing a great job evolving with the times. This store is great and they keep updating it. Whether or not retail like this lasts, who knows, but this is a good store to see the latest trends and try something on.

I knew I needed a sales person to assist me with a lingerie purchase, so I stopped at a desk near the entrance and told the staff there of my situation as I use a cane and do not walk a long time. Not only did I receive a competent and pleasant saleswoman, SueAnn, but she treated me most kindly. She had me seated on a comfy sofa and brought items for me to view. She assisted me in the dressing room also and brought me exactly what I needed. I am so glad I chose Macy's and will do so again and again.

Huge shout out to Macy’s Employee and one of their Store Managers, Richard McCarthy! I was having multiple issues with a recent purchase and Richard went above and beyond to make sure everything got taken care of. He ended up staying 45 minutes after his shift had ended just to make sure everything worked out. Rich is a legend and an exemplar for all store managers everywhere!

Excellent service by Macy's Backstage staff. Hard to keep up with the endless customer traffic and product left in disarray, but they carry the department with patient focus and a smile. I rarely shop anymore, preferring online delivery but this experience today will bring me back.
