Was looking for a lift chair for my Mother, she has difficulty getting up. Her doctor gave her a script for one. Made lots of calls, script only covers the lift motor, I'd have to pay for the "chair" part. That was pretty pricey. Decided to see who else may have them in stock. Lo and behold, Bob's. They had a great selection, 8 in all to look at. Prices were considerably less and most had heat and massage. I decided on one Tuesday and it was delivered Thursday.
Two very nice gentlemen delivered it, set it up, ensured it worked and away they went.
My Mom is so happy with her chair. Thank you Bob's, and thank you Eric my salesperson.

Excellent experience working with Vilma at your Danbury store. She helped my daughter select the mattress and frame that worked best for her. She showed us a variety of styles never pushing one. We appreciated her expertise!

Went there for a mattress. The salesman that helped us was named Eric. This guy was amazing! Very warm, friendly and kind. Was not pushy or trying to sell us a million different add ons. Just straight to the point and took his time to.make sure we were buying the right mattress. He answered every question I had (which was a lot) and carefully explained everything so there was no confusion at all. The manager Tanisha was great as well. The whole experience was wonderful and they definitely gained repeat business when I need more furniture! If you go there ask for Eric and you won't be sorry!!!

My husband and I have been looking for a new mattress for quite some time. We stopped into Bobs in Brookfield last night, and were greeted by Eric. We told him what we were looking for - and what we needed to get a good nights rest. He explained in detail what Bobs offered - with absolutely no pressure to buy. We looked around and were amazed at how many choices there were and all of the sets came with a guarantee, that you don’t have to pay for! After about a half hour of trying out different ones (which he encouraged us to do) we paid for our new adjustable bed, wondering why we didn’t go to Bobs first!
So thank you Eric, for your professionalism, your honesty and also your humor!

We always have a wonderful experience with Bob’s! Their manager helped us pick out the perfect sofa and answered all of our questions - she even got us a tape measure so we could make sure it would fit our space. Highly recommend!

After debating which couch I wanted to purchase and walking around the store for hours I went with a lovely set thanks to Eric the floor salesman who was absolutely wonderful! He was patient and not pushy at all which I prefer especially when I’m in an indecisive mood, on top of that he was super informative. Will definitely purchase more home comfort and decor from Bob’s in the future.

Dave was great. Let us take our time, narrow our choices down. After an hour or so we made our choice. Walked out no money down, a nice credit limit, and looking forward to replacing our dinning set in the future. Bob's has a great show room.

Great experience with Sales representative Eric of Brookfield CT, Bobs Furniture Store. He was very personable, kind, and professional. Just overall a pleasant guy to have worked with myself and my GF. We loved his service!!

I went into the store sometime a week or so ago, and Dave greeted me as soon as I walked in he was able to answer all my questions and showed me what I was looking for. I told Dave I would come back which I did and Ali was there.
Dave was off and Ali showed me the products again and was able to answer all my other questions and she was able to fulfill my needs above and beyond and even suggested an extra piece for my couch to make it bigger, which is satisfy my needs for which I’m hosting a party of 30 people are more definitely was great I was in and out of the store. Happy with my purchase. I bought some bars before. And I will buy from Bob’s after.

Third time I've made purchases at this location and I've never had a bad experience. You can't beat their prices and the quality is A Cut Above considering the affordability. On this most recent occasion Erik was the perfect salesperson. Helpful and informative without being pushy or intrusive. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and didn't push us towards anything else. I will always recommend Bob's especially this Danbury location.

The store was amazing. It had many options and incredibly reasonable prices. Eric was very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable about the products. He made our purchase extremely easy. We will shop here again!

My fiancée and I were looking to get a few new pieces of furniture for our apartment, we had a very pleasant experience working with Barbara. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about any questions/concerns we had and even went above and beyond to make sure we got the best value for our credit plan. Barbara is the absolute best!

Outstanding customer service which is a rare thing these days. Also a shout out to their Goof Proof Protection Plan which came thru big time for us. There was a stain on our leather sofa and they paid for full value replacement !

We stopped in at Bob’s in search of a smaller scale, traditionally styled upholstered chair for our living room.

We found almost exactly what we needed and at a very reasonable price.

Bob’s had it in stock and scheduled delivery in about a week.

Our salesperson, Dave, was friendly and helpful and gave us plenty of time to browse around the store.

All in all, it was an excellent experience.

We went in yesterday and worked with David. We were greeted immediately by the manager Stacey who was extremely helpful and super sweet. We then were helped to the very end by David. David was extremely helpful, full of knowledge & very thorough with explaining the whole process. We did not think going in there we would leave with a purchase, but we are so happy we did! We cannot wait for our new couches! & we had our 2 year old son with us & he loved the cotton candy ice cream 🍦! Very pleased with our experience!!
